    You should make a video on clipper/comb technique, as an up n coming barber that’s something I struggle with and would like to learn.

    The cut is fire, imo I would’ve let the curls creep down just a lil more to better complement the head bulge in the back, but definitely a great job

    Awesome cut Dre. Quick question, on one side you went 1 open and then lever down and on the otherside you went 1 open followed by half guard. Was just wondering if its worth going lever down on the 1 open and then following up with half guard or just go straight in with the half open after 1 open.

    • @chrisj9176
      @chrisj9176 2 роки тому

      I go straight with the half open majority of time. It depends if I see the clients hair is easy or hard to blend. I use the 1 close. When I see the hair is more difficult to blend. Than the half open.
      Hope this helps

      The one closed is just to soften up the line but you don’t have to do it you can just go straight in with the half guard bro

      I have the JRL’s, 50 Cal BMG, and a custom FX. The JRL’s are still my favs. Love the BMG’s too tho. Don’t even touch the FX. I love the battery life on the JRL, the lever on it is definitely my favorite lever. It’s cuts so smooth and never gets hot. Handles bulk easily and it feels good in the hand. It’s also the quietest clipper I’ve ever used. Literally no complaints and it’s only $160. Definitely worth trying and if you don’t like it, I’ll buy it off you lol
