    Hey if my cream cheese batter sinks into the matcha batter, what am I doing wrong? Could I have not mixed it properly?

    • @Sumopocky
      @Sumopocky  4 роки тому +2

      Hi! Could it be that your batter was too warm already, that's why they didnt hold its shape?

      It could be that your cream cheese was too soft when you used it? Or the kind of heavy cream you used?

    Hi! I’m a little curious tho, have you ever tried it with different flavors aside from matcha and the original cheesecake? I would love to make it with a strawberry bottom part of the cheesecake. Thanks! ☺️

      Hi, not yet! I've seen other flavours like chocolate and earl grey, would love to try baking it some day. Strawberry sounds great too!

      You can if you wish 😊 Edit: Please still sift the flour in first, and sift a second time with batter if you wish.
