OMG😱😱, in my city (be'er sheva) the most luxury and expensive house dosn't reaching that price tag, the house that i live have a huge balcony, 4 bedrooms, at the 19th floor in a luxury building and its worth arround 1,600,000 ILS / 430,000 u.s dolars.
Wow! That’s insane. I used to live on a very tiny studio in City Center, Jerusalem and it now is going for 1.7 million. And when I say tiny, I mean absolutely tiny. If I didn’t have family here, maybe I would move to somewhere cheap
Thank you for your question! Not every apartment has a safe room. In that particular apartment complex the bombs shelter is in the most bottom basement floor of the apartment building. So you would have to run down the steps a few flights of stairs to get there.

Nice job! The apartment looks great. For coat storage, it seems that there are a few inches on the left side of the hanging space, but your purses are hanging there. Maybe put the purses on the shelves with your clothing.

I can't think of anything you can do about storage for clothes. I used to have a sofa which had space inside, but I can't recommend you doing this as I know your sofa is new! Yes it is definitely very small but we make it work. The closet space is a challenge for sure but with a bit of creativity I guess we’ll fine a way around it. I do wish the sofa had storage but the ones at ikea that had that option were too small or too big. Oh well! Thank you for commenting!!

That would be great 🥹 haha…there are very small studio or loft apartments for that price but they are usually way smaller, and not as pleasant or don’t really have windows.
Hi Oriel! You've created such a beautiful, relaxing environment, and all of the elements are so thoughtfully placed. As for finding more storage space: since you can't expand the amount of room you have, you must look for areas that are currently not being utilized. As someone else suggested, the area under the bed is very spacious and is an excellent place for storage; you can purchase a few long, lidded plastic storage boxes to slide under the bed, which are easier to reach and pull out than multiple smaller boxes. You can use them for clothing you're currently wearing, but this is also a great way to store out-of-season clothing and extra bedding, towels, etc., packed in clear plastic compression bags to fit the maximum amount of items. (You don't even need a vacuum for some of these bags; you just seal the bag and then tightly roll it to force the air out of the bag. This style of compression bag works best with clothing vs. bulkier items like blankets.) You said that your bed is too low, but it might be worth investing in a higher bed frame that allows for more clearance below, or maybe looking into bed risers that you can set your current bed frame into to lift it. The only other option I can think of is to get a rolling garment rack, which you could place in the hallway near your full-length mirror, parallel to the closet doors for the pantry/washing machine. Some of these garment racks have two poles, so you can hang twice as many pieces, and a shelf at the bottom for shoes or other items. You could also use this rack to dry your laundry indoors on days when it is raining (or snowing!). Anyway, I really enjoyed the tour of your lovely apartment, and I hope you are experiencing much peace there. Take care! ❤

Hi Oriel I love your apartment I love the way you have decorated it and made it your own. It is very cozy and chic. For storage if you have room under the bed then you could put storage draws with wheels under there. I love the bathroom tiles so beautiful and the flowers with the canopy and the colors the off whit beige so cozy and the kitchen even though small has large sinks which I love. The view from your window is beautiful. Sending you many blessings 😊❤ it is quit expensive though. I live in an apartment too and I pay 330 euros a mont but that does not include electricity and internet etc.

Yes, ikea seems to have a lot of organising Hacks for sure! I have since moved from that apartment, but the street lamp really did give my apartment, such strong yellow light I really didn’t like it 😄😄
It's a very beautiful apartment Orie. Have you thought about blackout curtains? They can help muffle the noise from outside of your apartment a bit and also help keep your apartment cooler in the warmer months. Blessings from Virginia USA!

It took me a lifetime to learn to live minimal. But I am at peace now living that way. Objects will never bring happiness

I do have an idea for hanging your coats, umbrella etc in winter. In your entryway place a few hooks or pegs on a board. On the outside or the inside of your entrance closet doors or somewhere in the entrance way where you can hang 4 hooks or pegs. Or an over- the -door hook on the doors in the entrance. You can also put pegs or hooks on the inside of your wardrobe closet doors for hanging purses etc.

I guess if you're going to live in an expensive tiny place it better be beautiful and this IS beautiful. I may not agree with the enormous T.V. taking up valuable space over the kitchen sink ( what the hek?!) or having to provide your own appliances but to each his or her own and easily solvable but I absolutely love what you've done with your small space so clean & serene and very easy on the eyes and no clutter at all I'm just amazed . I am currently renting a room in a fairly spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the U.S. and because the owner/ roommate has so many overnight and lingering guests and other issues that go along with that type of scenario I'm very grateful that the house is split wing so we are on opposite ends from each other and I have a wet bar outside my door that they don't use so I took the opportunity to turn that into a kitchenette and convert my room into a small ( TINY) studio. Because of the structural layout of the room everything I have furniture wise fits really well- I'm not quite sure how you get by with so little storage though I've got a regular size closet large dresser and a utility closet across from me outside my door and it's still not enough and I really don't have much I'm ALWAYS thinking of ways to make things work but I think this is as good as it's gonna get. Thank you so much for sharing its always nice to see how others make small spaces work.

Hi Oriel! You've created such a beautiful, relaxing environment, and all of the elements are so thoughtfully placed. As for finding more storage space: since you can't expand the amount of room you have, you must look for areas that are currently not being utilized. As someone else suggested, the area under the bed is very spacious and is an excellent place for storage; you can purchase a few long, lidded plastic storage boxes to slide under the bed, which are easier to reach and pull out than multiple smaller boxes. You can use them for clothing you're currently wearing, but this is also a great way to store out-of-season clothing and extra bedding, towels, etc., packed in clear plastic compression bags to fit the maximum amount of items. (You don't even need a vacuum for some of these bags; you just seal the bag and then tightly roll it to force the air out of the bag. This style of compression bag works best with clothing vs. bulkier items like blankets.) You said that your bed is too low, but it might be worth investing in a higher bed frame that allows for more clearance below, or maybe looking into bed risers that you can set your current bed frame into to lift it. The only other option I can think of is to get a rolling garment rack, which you could place in the hallway near your full-length mirror, parallel to the closet doors for the pantry/washing machine. Some of these garment racks have two poles, so you can hang twice as many pieces, and a shelf at the bottom for shoes or other items. You could also use this rack to dry your laundry indoors on days when it is raining (or snowing!). Anyway, I really enjoyed the tour of your lovely apartment, and I hope you are experiencing much peace there. Take care! ❤

Hi Oriel I love your apartment I love the way you have decorated it and made it your own. It is very cozy and chic. For storage if you have room under the bed then you could put storage draws with wheels under there. I love the bathroom tiles so beautiful and the flowers with the canopy and the colors the off whit beige so cozy and the kitchen even though small has large sinks which I love. The view from your window is beautiful. Sending you many blessings 😊❤ it is quit expensive though. I live in an apartment too and I pay 330 euros a mont but that does not include electricity and internet etc.

Yes, ikea seems to have a lot of organising Hacks for sure! I have since moved from that apartment, but the street lamp really did give my apartment, such strong yellow light I really didn’t like it 😄😄

It's a very beautiful apartment Orie. Have you thought about blackout curtains? They can help muffle the noise from outside of your apartment a bit and also help keep your apartment cooler in the warmer months. Blessings from Virginia USA!

I do have an idea for hanging your coats, umbrella etc in winter. In your entryway place a few hooks or pegs on a board. On the outside or the inside of your entrance closet doors or somewhere in the entrance way where you can hang 4 hooks or pegs.
Or an over- the -door hook on the doors in the entrance. You can also put pegs or hooks on the inside of your wardrobe closet doors for hanging purses etc.

I guess if you're going to live in an expensive tiny place it better be beautiful and this IS beautiful. I may not agree with the enormous T.V. taking up valuable space over the kitchen sink ( what the hek?!) or having to provide your own appliances but to each his or her own and easily solvable but I absolutely love what you've done with your small space so clean & serene and very easy on the eyes and no clutter at all I'm just amazed .
I am currently renting a room in a fairly spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the U.S. and because the owner/ roommate has so many overnight and lingering guests and other issues that go along with that type of scenario I'm very grateful that the house is split wing so we are on opposite ends from each other and I have a wet bar outside my door that they don't use so I took the opportunity to turn that into a kitchenette and convert my room into a small ( TINY) studio. Because of the structural layout of the room everything I have furniture wise fits really well- I'm not quite sure how you get by with so little storage though I've got a regular size closet large dresser and a utility closet across from me outside my door and it's still not enough and I really don't have much I'm ALWAYS thinking of ways to make things work but I think this is as good as it's gonna get.
