Fantastic and really enjoyed it. You are great at teaching, thank you :) I will be making some of these for my works in progress - and I have a few believe me. Is it just me or do all sewers/knitters start things then see something else to make and then abandoned the previous make? Then end up with lots of unfinished things...
Great tutorial. I can see how you got hooked. Seen many of these patterns but the way you have done the corners is spot on and I have not seen o e pulled through the corner before. Really good idea!
That was a really great tutorial, I have made a project bag using a paper pattern but I didn't understand it so I just put it together as I thought it should go it was ok but not great luckily I used canvas with a pattern of knitting and sewing items all over it and because I live quite away from shops I decided to use the canvas double instead of using the batting. I will however use your tutorial in future just one thing could you sew the outer fabric and the lining fabric to the zip at the same time so you don't have to do it twice?
Great tutorial but please don’t increase volume of music on videos when not speaking. I listen with headphones (in order not to disturb my husband) and the music on the non speaking parts was deafening! The music is loud enough at the volume level when you are speaking. No need to turn it up. Thanks.
Thank you for video, really useful. I have lots of fat quarters to use but they are not non directional patterns. So lots of head scratching to get a similar size 🙄
Okay just made it. Not sure why the zipper tabs are sewn inside. I was thinking it was going to show on outside of bag. Over all it was a fun project. Perfect for my knitted sock projects. They want $30-$40 on Etsy for a bag. I used scrap fabric, a Walmart zipper and some fiber batting for $5. I love the box corners so it stands open! Thankyou❤️👍
Hi Rachel, great tutorial 👌. I have made quite a few of these in the past and find them very useful for many things. Like you say, great for presents too. Your explanations were spot on 👍😍😘
Very nice bag good tutorial but please keep the bag still and in camera shot when you have finished I wanted to see the end of the zip with the tabs you made.
Just made this last night. I'm new-ish to sewing and it came out perfect. Following a video is easier than reading for me. Thank you!
Thank you for the video! It helps me a lot in learning how to sew a projectbag 👍
Love your tutorial. Very clear instructions Thank you
.
Love it! Will be making a couple of these for sock knitting. Thank you!!

Enjoyed your video, as usual. I have made similar for presents and usually applique the recipients initial (s) to personalise it. Great.
I just made it. It turned out perfect!
Brilliant love this & so pleased with how it came out. Thanks
Thank you so much for the video. Plan to make one very soon, also for sock projects.
I make those bags too, I love them . They do make great Christmas gifts!!!

Thank you. Loved them as a newbie knitter.
Great tutorial for a lovely gift. Thanks😊

Love the Harry Potter print bag is awesome and great size for oversized hand bags or diaper bag
Why don’t you iron your fabric before you cut? Doesn’t it affect the measurements?
Hello, I am going sew some Project bags for my Crochet items 😁💕 Erica x

excellent tutorial...thank you
Thank you! Fab tutorial and im going to make my own :)
I really liked this. Just what I wanted. 🙂
Great teacher. Do you have a video on a 2 tone bag ??
Great tutorial✨
Nice tutorial. Thank you
Good job just wish you would iron your fabric!
I’m confused about the lining measures, is it 20x191/2 or 13x191/2 ?
Why is the lining fabric larger than the outer fabric fabric???
Love it!
Can someone verify the size of outer fabric and lining fabric?
Like the way you put the zip in and did the corners. Not so keen on mixing metric and imperial measurements!
Nice
Are these bags machine washable?
I think you would be able to handwash them but I wouldn't risk putting in a machine
Great video but why play music when talking?
Sound quality isnt good
Love your videos but please no background music when your are explaining it is very annoying and takes away from what you are saying. Thank you
These are great Rachel. Thanku for sharing. x
