mine went to 17:00 minutes and started to count down. Pressing the pause only locks and unlocks the door.

If I put it on the spin cycle with the top up, at minute 9 I can hand spin and it takes off and competes the cycle. If I don’t, at minute 9 it just loops and resets to the start, 11 minutes, over and over again.

I am not getting any power to spin or agitator. Error code 3c3. I tried this test and on step “6” where yours agitates mine flashes PC and won’t do anything after. I replaced the RPS sensor but still nothing. Suggestions?? Thanks!

PC= position of the clutch meaning either a clutch assembly or clutch motor issue
