    I've been going through a deep depression for all my life. This meditation is the first time I ever truly felt it instead of being numb to it. There was a liberating feeling that came with truly seeing the extent of this depression, and with that came a deeper understanding about myself. Thank you.

    The emotion that came up for me today was judgement. Welcoming it in and embracing it with love helped me realize where this feeling is coming from. I've always tried to push it away without acknowledging it and without thinking about why I'm feeling this judgment towards myself and others. By embracing it and allowing it to be present in my body whilst welcoming it with love, it came, and it left. And I am more aware of its cause now. I honestly feel like this perception of this feeling is going to make experiencing it so much more positive, not by changing it but my accepting and looking into it. I want to do this meditation again tomorrow and choose the emotion 'stress' because my body holds onto that to the point where it feels like my normal state. It's like I reject it from my mind and it manifests in my body.

    I've heard I need to embrace my emotions and 'it is what it is' but this articulates those ideas well and explains the purpose. This helps me a great deal. I will listen to it several times over.

    I have just started doing meditation again and been dealing with alot of struggling emotions, this allowed me to come to terms with what I was feeling and accept them. I cried during this meditation but feel so much more at peace with myself thank you.

    I notice that I cry pretty often when I meditate. Like, not every time. And it's not always a negative emotion making me cry. Does anybody else experience this?

      I cried when I meditated to this one bc my emotion was sadness. This is the only time though.

      I just had the same experience. I wasn't feeling great but through this meditation at least I could release some of that which is why I will try to do this meditation every day from now on.

      Crying during meditation usually means that you are purging out the bad energy or the energy you no longer need, along with yawning. I find this very therapeutic.

    Thank you very much for your work. I never thought to love my negative emotions before. Everything in the Universe is inclusion so that the negative emotions must be part of it as well. I practice every day releasing my negative patterns of thinking(beliefs) and this meditation, as well as other meditations from this channel, help a lot. Much appreciation here for you.

    I’ve never know how to deal with the negative emotions of feeling rejected from my mother & father by not having as close relationship with them as I wanted. I have acknowledged them and wrapped them up within with love. I will do the same if they resurface again. Thank you 🙏🏼 💝

    The pain I felt was so sharp, tears were running down my cheeks but I really felt deep emotions inside me so that's progress

    There's a lot of wisdom in this meditation. I found it so much more useful than labelling an emotion as negative and telling myself I shouldn't feel it. Thank you!

    Here I am again and I'm so happy I did this meditation again. This time I chose stress. The meditation helped me to accept it loving and allow it to move through me. My muscles relaxed and I felt lighter. I love all your meditations but this one has proved to be the most efficient in guiding me. I really think this is a meditation that I will come back to time and again to help me lovingly release negative emotions. Thank you!

    First I was judging this meditation. Thinking “if I don’t release this negative emotion, it will sit and fester inside of me”. But I kept going and decided on “guilt” as my emotion. I began to tear up and felt a drop in my stomach when I first focused on it. Then I wrapped it with the light within me. I sent it love and my heart began pounding harder. I basically squeezed it with so much love that it dissolved. The pit in my stomach was gone. I don’t know if this is a solution, but it definitely felt good!

    I like this meditation! 😀 It's a very similar technique I learnt in Qigong class. The meditation is done standing up straight, with your hands on your belly (the lower dan t'ian) and connecting with your emotions that way 🙏

    I like the reminder not to give labels to our emotions. Acknowledge their presence or just observe them and then they will eventually float away. As if they were written in a balloon or bubble.

    Thank you I needed this. I literally felt every emotion I was feeling atm leave my body, I cried, I felt like I was cleansing. Im so happy that I took the time out to do this. Especially going through a breakup !

    This is fantastic. I didn't think it worked when I was done and I just started bawling my eyes out so I was going to try again after a doggie cuddle break but while I was doing that I thought through my fears and decided they were a little overblown and unnecessary and I'm back to a positive state of mind so it definitely is the best I've found.

    Anyone else get a small jumpscared when she starts talking again after the pause 😂 Listened to this quite a few times as It helped me greatly when I was in a really dark place. The relaease I felt was intense.
    All of that to say, I don't remember being so jumpy before 😅 listened two nights in a row and jumped and jerked my eyes awake both times.
    At least it wasn't an ad jumpscare. I haaaate when people allow ads in the middle of meditation videos. It always scares the shit out of me 🍑✨️💩
    *came back six months later to say: it didn't affevt me this time either. Must have just been anxious

    Whenever i get a emotions that i dont want i imagine it being Jake from Adventure Time and i cant take it serious anymore. I detach myself from it and just observe ”Jake” acting all kinds of crazy until he is done (the emotion). I fully accept it, i dont identify myself with it, i just observe it and remain my peace, noticing that im still me, still calm, and the emotion is Jake getting a tantrum. Maybe this can help you, choose whatever silly character you want and just observe it complain och get upset in the choosen characters voice

    I m really facing lots of emotions . Specially hurt. It's really pains deep , deep inside . I have no idea what I need to do . I thought feeling and going through the pain will over come your pain and hurt but . That's not happening. I can't ignore the fact that it does make me strong at one point. But the moment someone hurts me I break down. And it hurts mode WORST. Plzz need help to understand it

    Hmm, I did this meditation when I was upset about my friends behaviour and I felt angry. But then halfway through I started crying. I am not sure if it was because, I was able to accept the emotion or if there could be another reason for it. It felt clearly good but the anger still lingers unfortunately. :(

    What even the hell is this meditation trying to say. I'm mad at God for taking my father away from me. How am I supposed to ACCEPT the anger when I want to let go of it? Accepting essentially means keeping it with you. I'm sry but this video is not for everyone. May be specify something in the caption, this only hurt me more
