Removed 4 of the 2ohm from the luxury Infiniti SUVs and made a custom fabricated box with all four totaling around .65 cu ft. Sounds really nice, ported and tuned to 45 hz. They are passive drivers. Wired the speakers in parallel and series. They hit hard and oscillate really well to display the low notes. They are a softer strong type of bass. Sound better than my 10” kicker that was previously installed in a sealed box enclosure (.8 cu ft).

I know the pin outs as in how to wire it all up. I know its powered by 12 Volts.
My doubt is about the the input signal voltage. To the small circuit.

No, for 12 inch sub you will need new box, that bose speaker is around 5.5 or 6.5 inch

we do bass excursion test, but for house shaking video need at least 2x18" :D
So how do you connect it to a different head unit? No RCA?
You can simply use any car amplifier, and dont use built in. Use this bose subwoofer like passive sub - speaker and box.
Can you adjust the bass settings of these? Mine is pretty weak

get Tang Band W6-1139SIF 6-1/2" if the Bose is the same size. It is aroun $100 or so. It is 4 Ohm, not sure about stock Bose driver.
How difficult would it be to wire up to a regular amp?
Got access to a bose stock sub from a fiat 500, want to put it in my ranger, sounds good enough for the size of the cab of the fiat and the rangers cab is even smaller. So it should be just right for what I'm looking for. Just wondering if it'll be a huge process to rig up
Very simple, you need just two wires from that bose speaker.

I removed my sub. now car radio makes stranges things and dont work propely. What should i do? Put the amp. back on it?
