  • 4 cups or 500 grams of strong white flour sifted.
    2 1/4 tsp. Or 7 grams of active dry yeast.
    1 1/4 cups or 300 ml. Of warm water.
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tbsp table salt
    1/4 tbsp dry oregano
    1/4 cup or 50 ml of extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup or 50 grams of black olives
    1/4 cup or 50 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
    A sprig of rosemary
    A pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt.
