Bummer that the side zip pocket looks less accessible when compressed. With a two-way zipper you could still get small stuff in and out of that a bit easier. Since you could move both zippers to a location where they are still easily reachable

Thanks for sharing that. Most of us can only afford one bag so to be able to compress it down after setting up camp 🏕️ to go on hunts is beneficial.
