Any plans to develop a rifle carrier that might utilize that mounting location? Thinking something that runs under the arm and makes it easily accessible.

We do have a quick-release Rifle Carrier coming early summer. It is not a "in the front" or under the arm design, but there are options like that on the market that work on our packs.

Will this work with other water bottles like the HydraPak Recon 1L?

We have not tested that specific bottle, but if the dimensions are similar to a Nalgene, it should work well.

Pretty bummed I bought the k3 during the thanksgiving sale after being told by a few K4 testers it wasn’t that much different 😢😢. Can we get a trade in program. 😅

The K3 Packs are certainly still great. We did our best to talk about K4 as early as we could, and as much as we could, but we couldn’t officially announce anything until we had a firm timeline for the release, and that didn’t happen until after you purchased.

@@ExoMtnGear Thanks for the response. Its still a great pack for sure. My wife can sew so I'm thinking of adding some molley to the belt like this to add the nalgene. Any chance I can buy the piece from you guys and do that?

Does it fit the metal Nalgene? The 32oz metal is tapered and the 38oz is slightly taller I believe.

Unfortunately not. The K4 Hipbelt is designed specifically for the Nalgene holder, whereas the K3 Hipbelt does not have the mounting design for this accessory.
