Now that’s sweet, I’m liking the hip pouches on the MOLLE, that’ll make a great hiking pack

Wish those bottom attachments were a little higher in the frame. One thing I really like about SG crib is that it holds the weight higher up. K4 is solid, but I’d be interested to feel a heavy load with the crib clipped in higher on the frame.

The Crib attachment points are located where they are as the direct result of 3+ years of testing and developing the K4 frame. While you absolutely want the weight higher up on the frame vs sagging down below the frame I found that having weight / resistance directly behind the lumbar pad helps push the lumbar into the lower back. This in turn helps to keep the hip belt from slipping down the hips. It's just one of the hundreds of small things I did in the K4 development to drastically reduce the hip-belt / lumbar pad from slipping down under heavy weight. I encourage you to give it a shot and can almost guarantee you'll love how it carries weight - Steve

@@ExoMtnGear thanks for the reply! Had 60lbs in so far and feels great. Hopefully have it heavier soon.
