    Loved the recipe and definitely going to try it. Few things I admired:
    1. No eggs used ❤
    2. Didn’t waste ingredients like other cooks do, even that smallest bit of vanilla essence was wiped from bowl by the baker. 😊

    I bake all the time at home... it's such an amazing feeling creating delicious treats. 💖 It's not like regular cooking. Baking has to be very precise!
    I have always wanted to make puff pastry, but the Chefs here in the US always say "don't make it" "Iam a Chef and even I won't make it, it's too hard"
    Or "Just go buy frozen puff pastry at the store"
    And it's scared me into not making it.... lol. I haven't even tasted croissants before..I live in a small town, so stuff like that is limited. 😥
    Thank you for this video..I appreciate your time and dedication to making this beautiful dessert ❤

      Don't be scared to make puff pastry my grandma and me make it often and once you get used to it its fine. Best of luck for future baking

      Don't be scared! I am a pastry chef and have been for years and let me tell you nothing is more satisfying than making croissants. It takes a little patience and practice, but what doesn't just get in the kitchen give it your best attempt and remember there are no failures just learning experiences

      Pain au chocolat, chocolatine, croissant au chocolat...sérieusement de combat inutile. Surtout que ce sont 3 choses différentes. Ou je suis on fait réellement un pain AU CHOCOLAT, chocolatine, qui est carré avec un intérieur au chocolat ET croissant au chocolat similaire à la vidéo. Bref une guerre inutile par des incultes.

      Once you learn how to make them, they are actually pretty quick and easy - most of the time is either them literally chilling in the fridge or proofing. When I first started making them a couple of months ago it was really intensive for about 5 or 7 batches while I was getting the hang of making them, but now it’s like.... I feel like croissants tomorrow/day after tomorrow and it’s about maybe a lazy hour and a half over 2 or 3 days depending on my fridge time. Seriously worth it for fresh, unfrozen croissants.

    Hi there, I also made these lovely creations and they turn out as per the video! The only concern was the oven temperature seemed a tad low for my oven so I increased it a little (190). I wanted to know: we’re the two holes each filled, or was that an air exit hole?
    FYI: Lots of happy people made short work of them! 🙂💕🥐😋

    Certainly! Here's a basic recipe for making chocolate croissants, also known as pain au chocolat:
    Ingredients:
    1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
    100 grams (3.5 ounces) of dark chocolate, preferably in bar form
    1 egg (for egg wash)
    Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
    Instructions:
    Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the puff pastry package or to around 200°C (400°F).
    Prepare the Chocolate:
    If using a chocolate bar, break it into small rectangles or chop it into chunks.
    Roll Out the Dough:
    If you're using store-bought puff pastry, roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
    Cut the Dough:
    Cut the puff pastry into smaller rectangles, about 4x6 inches each.
