The pro is downtown Davidson that town is nice. Davidson is spreading that is fine with me the economy is doing good. Also is near Lake Norman. The con is no toll Lane also no high school or middle school just like Pineville. I have to stay in traffic to get to Davidson I'll be back roads I am not getting on no toll. They say they're going to turn that emergency line to a third lane so it'd be free

I def should have added that. Yes having to go the next town over for school is a pain and only 1 road to get to it.

I would say so. It's laid back and calm, great downtown scene and some beautiful homes!
