- Davidson North Carolina is one of the best suburbs around Charlotte NC. Due to its proximity to Charlotte and Lake Norman (the largest man made lake on the east coast) this adorable town has attracted a diverse group of individuals!
In addition to the proximity to some of the most desired highlights of Charlotte, it is also considered one of the most affluent areas in the region.
In addition to the walkable downtown & quaint shops, Davidson is home to Davidson College, a local liberal arts college offering 31 Majors and 40 minors. The excitement and youth of this college brings a certain vibrance to the downtown community.
One of my favorite spots is Summit Coffee? Why this place of all? For one, the coffee is amazing... but it is really all about the outdoor seating and ambiance. A sip of coffee, a warm scone, and seating in the fresh air and sunshine! Where else could you devour a great book!?
And lastly, we take a tour of some incredible homes! The average home value in Davidson is $606,000 and there is a home that suites everyone's needs!

@@livingincharlottenorthcarolina thanks, we are Indian couple with 3yr kid, planning to move Davidson due to job. This is our first time in the US and we are kind of feeling overwhelmed not sure where to Start.. looking for an apartment on rent near public transport, schools and heath facilities
@@rich_heritage Well welcome. One thing Charlotte doesn't have a whole lot of is public transportation. We have it, but not like in some other major cities. You will want to look on bus routes for your best options. This will get you to various places. The other option is being near the Light Rail/blue line. This being said, that will only take you from northeast to south west charlotte. And rents are way higher there
