Police department doesn’t do anything to mitigate hazardous drivers, cost of rent is getting too high for even 2 jobs to pay for. I honestly wish you talked about that instead of just buying homes and not looking at the full picture
I truly appreciate your view points. Yes prices are going up nation wide due to many items including inflation. As houses get more expensive so does rent. As long as there is a demand the price can keep moving up. That is true of all locations. The drivers is certainly a challenge as it is in all areas of the country. Sadly, can't catch em all :)
Live in matthews. Was cheap but going thru the roof here.
Which neighborhoods have the most young families? We have a 2.5 and 5 year old.
Honestly everywhere. I know that sounds funny but truly there are no areas of retirees or anything :)
figured that, but there are concentrations of a type of demographic IF one knows the area well. For example, Noda although it is being gentrified, will have some families, but still will have a larger demographic of artists, hipsters, etc.
Do you know why summer Matthews it's in Union County? I went to Wesley Chapel to pick up my order at Chick-fil-A and the address was Matthews.
I know it's so odd! Not sure of the rhyme or reason for it honestly
Difference between city limits and zip codes. 28104 and 28104 parts are NOT inside matthews!!

I love Matthews, moved here 9 months ago. My 3 bedroom APARTMENT is $1,900 per month, which kills me but it is what it is.

Dont move to Matthews. Its become completely over crowed & expensive.
I guess its all relative. the school ratings have gone way up, commute times are low, prices are only slightly over charlotte average depending on what you need. Anything in the 485 loop have risen 20% in 2020 and 20% in 2021, but that is just a reflection of what the market is doing
