I’m learning Finnish in July for my one month volunteering project in Finland in August!! I’m also exploring the new city I moved to, reading fiction books and learning to cook Indian food 🥰✨ This video makes me realise I can be proud of myself for all I’ve achieved so far and for daring to be fearless and try new things. It used to be so hard for me to be proud of anything I accomplished. I spent my teenage years in hospitals because of mental illness, and it made me feel like I was lagging behind all the time BUT I’m starting to find my own pace in life and it’s going really well!!
Wow, good for you! I'm 18 and struggling with a mental illness too. Had only one hospital stay but it's hard for me to find motivation for anything or be proud of whatever I do too. This video definitely helps. And with your comment, I see even more hope, so thank you 🤍

I explore with my sister our familly History. We may be related to the Marquis Lafayette ! He had buy Slaves in Guyane with a "free" statue, he built schools, and was trying to abolish slavery and create the first Black indépendant Island. The slaves That was under his name had been move to Guadeloupe, where my familly is from. We were able to find the first woman with our name to move in Guadeloupe, She had mixed raced child ^^ and we have a lot of similitudes with our familly name and the Marquis Lafayette. So it's a hugde possibility. If he wasn't the "owner", it could have Be a man in the Perier familly, his grand son was president in France for a very short period of Time. I love to learn where my familly is from That is so cool !
I am a Chinese A Level student preparing for UK university applications at UCAS. Apart from your to-do list, I prepare for IELTS exams, prepare for admission tests, edit my personal statement, go to Oxbridge summer school, prepare for my next semester, make my items checklists, and so on. Thank you so much for this video Jade!! I’m moving to Europe next year and I’ve never heard of workaway or the European Solidarity Corps!! Can’t wait to get involved with them 🥰
Learn your Quebec history from French Quebec historians. By the time the English arrived( because the French colony was making tons of money from the strong alliances with native Americans) the cute “ old downtown” we see today had been built in the French building style of that era. Fishing industry was established, the Acadians had started impressive farming techniques in “ Nova Scotia” Canada even with tons of mosquitoes.
Another summer of love series or a prelude for a new miniseries? I am excited for these kind of videos like "summer of love", "the odyssey plan", "the not-so impossible list" etc. Thaanks for the great ideas lovely. Greetings from Germany xx Mai💜💫🌻
Lately, I’ve been thinking about creating a youtube video. It’s far beyond my comfort zone, but there are many topics + discussions that are interesting to me. I would also like to complete a painting and read five books. My mental health always suffers during the summer, as I feel lonely, unproductive, and trapped. Despite sort of looking forward to summer during the school year, I start to dread summer a couple weeks before it commences. I just want to get through summer honestly. However, this was a helpful reminder that even if I’m trapped at home, there are still ways to improve myself in preparation for a more-tolerable future. Best of luck to everyone- especially those who dread the summer season.
I’m taking an online sign language course but i’m a little behind. This summer I want to catch up and be able to have simple coversations in sign language. Thanks for all the other great ideas! I’m gonna do a few for sure!
That's adorable and inspiring, I love the idea 🥰 I would love to try it too in the nearest future, thank you for the idea and good luck with your course too I hope you'll complete it 💜 Ps: Can you tell me which site/platform you are taking this course?!🙏
@@Nada-st6cp That’s so amazing! I’m already catching up with my lessons and have learned a lot of new signs😄 Where are you from? I’m from the Netherlands so i follow a Dutch course. So unless you’re from the Netherlands i think you should use a different course😅 I’m sure there are a few good and affordable or free ones out there. And remember that when you are learning you don’t have to be perfect. I think that if you only learn a few signs it can really brighten someone’s day who use sign language and you can communicate with that person. Moving to Berlin and working on my sewing skills. Since finishing school 6 (!!) years ago, I've learned to step out of my comfort zone so much and I keep pushing myself to do so without too much pressure. I've become so much more aware of what is the perfect amount of comfortable stress that does not trigger my anxiety. I would also like to read one Dutch book this summer so I don't loose the connection to my native language when living abroad. It's wonderful how much energy and positivity you radiate! As an introverted pessimist my energy tends to be more low-key so a dose of inspiration and cheerfulness is just lovely🥰
Honestly you’re such a ray of sunshine, it’s been a while since I had the time to sit down and watch a video and I really missed your positivity and energy. You make everyday life such more special and I feel so much more grateful for the little things in life when I watch your videos. Thank you for that 🙏🏼
OMG I love that you mentioned ultimate frisbee!! I actually tore my ACL playing ultimate this last April and am now spending my summer recovering from knee surgery. I still highly recommend the sport... but be careful haha
my goal is to save up money so that my future self thanks me! when i’m not working, i would like to be reflecting (journaling, down time, stretching) and taking care of myself:)
In terms of projects, I want to complete an immerse essay comp before the deadline as this would enhance my ability to finish a larger scale project. For personal growth, I hope to journal at the end of every day and stay more present when I'm hanging out with people :)
I'm currently picking up some spanish through Duolingo , you actually inspired me to do so,😚.....the past months have been somewhat stressful so I'm trying to relax more but also do fun things ,maybe read some good books too....Im trying to learn how to journal more effectively and am also trying to improve my yoga and meditation skills (honestly meditation and yoga are some of the best things I picked up,it has helped me soooo much, highly recommended)...........and I'm also kinda thinking of starting a yt channel 😊😊😶,let's see how that goes......much lovee jade ,you inspire me soooooo much day to day ,❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wow, it's good Idea,, U told about that you are going to do your university in 7 different countries, including India Did you complete your course in india ?? I saw your channel yesterday,,from the suggestions. Really good for those focusing into a good mental health & study routines, science proven methods I missed this channel for last 4 years, My bad luck
As in early recovery from an eating disorder, i love these ideas. Its really helpfuf finding hobbies and distractions that prevent me from feeling "lazy" and more productive:)
I’ve been learning Korean since mid 2020 and currently wrapping up an exchange semester in Seoul (going back home in just 3 days!), but I feel like my Korean hasn’t improved much while being here, strangely. So, as silly as it sounds, I would like to actively pick it back up when I return home! I haven’t seen and done everything here I wanted to anyway, so I’m bound to return in a couple years 🇰🇷
Jade, this video came in perfect time! Summer vacations have started and there's just a week left for going to school. I've been feeling pretty stressed all day, just thinking about what it'll be like after we get back with studies. I'm supposed to enjoy these holidays but I don't. Photography is something I definitely want to try this week bc it's just a rlly good hobby. Thank you. I hope we all take time for ourselves instead of stressing about things we can't control
Your film is really inspiring!! I'd really like to learn how to prepare quick meals. It's soo useful during the school year when there's not always much spare time. Btw I think you are very creative and yea. Can't wait for the next film ;D
I volunteered at a charity shop last year then got a job so trust me it really does work if you need a job! Although not sure other than rest I can do out of this list XD Holiday counts as going to Norfolk but also doing for geography NEA at the same time!
I'm also learning Spanish this summer, Korean too. this is my first ever summer where I'm learning skills for fun and working on myself and it feels refreshing can't lie
I've been learning japanese, definitely gonna look into research aswell. and generally I've been wanting to work around my habits and stuff so yeah there's a whole lot to do this summer
You make me feel so good about myself and that you don’t have to be alone and not talk to anyone since they’ve all been in the same situation as you and that we are all just human so make mistakes! But the important thing I’ve learnt is small talk gets you no where! Literally!
this is exactly what i needed! i'm spending a ton of time with my family this summer because i go to university abroad and haven't been able to come home in a year. i'm also planning some fun things that i can do with my friends when i see them in the fall!
so yeah, I got a bunch of things like 22 of them and I'll just tell the most fav of mine,,,,,,,------which is "cool photography" like I have always wanted to have good photos of myself and then here I get the solution. I must invest time in getting those. Thnx so much. ilysmmmmm
While I’m now in the working world and working during summers, there are still things I want to accomplish: work on my book, practicing Japanese and learning Mandarin, starting a podcast, having a workout routine, and reading. Oh, and figure out what I want to do with my life
Meditate Yoga New language Coding program Travel Volunteer Deep clean Photography Write a book Plan for life Learn drawing Read Try a new sport Learn coding

I definitely want to start learning some French this summer :)) thank you for making such a fab comprehensive guide!! Now I’ll never be bored :))
Wow, it's good Idea,,
U told about that you are going to do your university in 7 different countries, including India
Did you complete your course in india ??
I saw your channel yesterday,,from the suggestions.
Really good for those focusing into a good mental health & study routines, science proven methods
I missed this channel for last 4 years,
My bad luck
As in early recovery from an eating disorder, i love these ideas. Its really helpfuf finding hobbies and distractions that prevent me from feeling "lazy" and more productive:)
I needed this video clearly. The title sounds great. Thanks Jade. 💛💙
Love the video! Just letting you know, HTML is not a programming language.
I haven’t seen and done everything here I wanted to anyway, so I’m bound to return in a couple years 🇰🇷
I looove the way you make learning so exiting and accessible brb I'm gonna go learn everything
Am gonna go on a holiday
Order m'y room and clean thé hose deeply

Jade, this video came in perfect time! Summer vacations have started and there's just a week left for going to school. I've been feeling pretty stressed all day, just thinking about what it'll be like after we get back with studies. I'm supposed to enjoy these holidays but I don't. Photography is something I definitely want to try this week bc it's just a rlly good hobby. Thank you. I hope we all take time for ourselves instead of stressing about things we can't control
start to cook, become a creator, research potential uni, redesign my bedroom!!!
Hiii
Your film is really inspiring!! I'd really like to learn how to prepare quick meals. It's soo useful during the school year when there's not always much spare time. Btw I think you are very creative and yea. Can't wait for the next film ;D
I volunteered at a charity shop last year then got a job so trust me it really does work if you need a job! Although not sure other than rest I can do out of this list XD Holiday counts as going to Norfolk but also doing for geography NEA at the same time!
Thank you for the tips 😍❤️ I want to learn a new language 😍 I pray Jesus bless you and gives you all His love 🙏😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm also learning Spanish this summer, Korean too. this is my first ever summer where I'm learning skills for fun and working on myself and it feels refreshing can't lie
¿Puedes entender esta pregunta por ti mismo? 🤔
@@IntelligentAtheism un poco😅 entendí la primera parte, I had to Google translate the rest
Literally!
You are so graceful and self aligned Jade...thanks for this uplifting video! I want to do all 50...though I'll perhaps realistically try to do 10.
this is exactly what i needed! i'm spending a ton of time with my family this summer because i go to university abroad and haven't been able to come home in a year. i'm also planning some fun things that i can do with my friends when i see them in the fall!
Declutter
Such a inspiration ✨⭐️🤩 Thank you for the helpful ideas 💡
so yeah, I got a bunch of things like 22 of them and I'll just tell the most fav of mine,,,,,,,------which is "cool photography" like I have always wanted to have good photos of myself and then here I get the solution. I must invest time in getting those. Thnx so much. ilysmmmmm
While I’m now in the working world and working during summers, there are still things I want to accomplish: work on my book, practicing Japanese and learning Mandarin, starting a podcast, having a workout routine, and reading. Oh, and figure out what I want to do with my life
Meditate
Yoga
New language

Travel
Volunteer

Write a book
Plan for life
Learn drawing

Try a new sport
Learn coding

When you live in a brown family .. and your parents don’t let you go out with frnds , also you can’t post something online 😑😑moreover they are lazy enough not to have anything special prepared for you 😑😑
I mean you can join clubs etc
BUTT NOTT THEY WON’T LET YOU
Also me taking out my aggression on this comment 🥲
I’ve been in Portugal for a year and haven’t learned sufficient Portuguese so imma do that🫶🏼
I love the fact that you put rest in the list😻
I love this video so so much, gave me some amazing ideas!!! I love dancing although I’m not good at it but I will definitely start with a dance class now just for the fun of it and maybe develop some skills 😊🥰
I loveee this!! 💛🥰 what kind of dancing are you interested in? x
@@UnJadedJade probably contemporary dance and ballet, and maybe commercial but I’m just gonna try them all haha and find out what I like most 😊
Decluttering my stuff would be the thing I guess, I got more than 80 thousand files on my computer from school, I've got no idea why + over 5 thousand unread emails, I'm so lazy about this stuff and I guess I'm gonna give it a go
I want to start becoming more creative. Im going to finish a full sketchbook 🎉
