Man, what an awesome big garage!
Thanks!! When I was house shopping years ago, the shop is what sold me on the house. Ive always wanted one. Its a 30x32 which is 12' high inside. I have extended one side, outside another 18' which will eventually be enclosed, for more work space.
I have a 1980 Camaro that keeps getting air in the lines I think. At first the brake pedal sank all the way down and the car wasn't stopping. I changed the brake master cylinder and bleeded the brakes yet after a week it started doing the same thing with the pedal but now the rear passenger wheel locks when I try braking causing the car to slide whenever I have to brake.
I would look at changing all the rubber line and the wheel cylinders. If it keeps happening you may have to change the front calipers and then possibly the hard lines
Right on 👍
Love the support!
How did you figure out which master cylinder you needed. Can’t find an easy way to figure out if it has power disc brakes or not
I tried to search as much as I could and decided to use the power disc brake one bc I have front disk brakes. And it works great!
@@TheShopWorldWide I bought the same master cylinder, we will see what happens!
@@dylanc8692 hopefully it work good for you! Make sure you throw a coat of paint on it, it comes bare and will rust.
@@TheShopWorldWide good call 👍
Hi good morning I want replace my master cilinder in my Pontiac Firebird 1978 and my question is I have to blead the master cilinder before installed or can I blead ( all together master cilinder and brake lines)when I blead my brakes lines please let me know have a good day😎😎💯💯
You could do that, you just may not be able to expel all the air in the system.
@@TheShopWorldWide so the best is blead the master cilinder before installed and after that blead the lines
It’s what’s normally recommended by the manufacturer. It’s the first time I’ve ever done it.
