- Welcome to Step 1 of our "Shed to House" series. We bought a 4 acre mountain top property with plans to convert a shed into an Off Grid House. Today is step one, 16 tons of 57 stone delivered.... The driver spreadvit too thick so we had to find a way to spread it for the delivery of our New 12 x 20 Shed we will turn into a house...
