Water/Glycerin Mixture Total- 12.16 oz
Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) - 6.58 oz
Coconut Oil - 10 oz
Castor Oil - 4 oz
Olive Oil - 18 oz
Superfat/Discount - 2%
Lye Concentration - 35.098%

If its going into a foam pump the dilution rate has to be closer to 12-15% soap paste to 82-85% water or the foam pump will not foam and it will clog. Learned that the hard way.

Thank you for this great video! I can't wait to try liquid soap. I did want to make sure you were aware to never lock the crockpot lid while the crockpot is still on, as it can cause it to explode. The clips are only for transporting the crockpot....which I found out the hard way. 🤦🏽♀️ Lol

I cant find this answer anywhere can u substitute the water amount for rice , goat, oat or coconut milk? Or is it best to add as a powder after saponification?. Thank u 4 tutorial

What fragrances do you suggest work the best in castile soap ?
Do you leave the crock pot on while letting it sitt for an hour or do you turn it off and let it sit

I also use Euxyl PE 9010 and I think it can be added at temps up to 120C.
Can this recipe be used as a body wash or is it used best for Hand washing?

Hi there, I tried your recipe to make liquid soap yesterday and could you look at your measurements for the water and potassium. I think that measurements are backwards. I’ve been working on it all night and day and I think the measurements are backwards. I have to keep adding water because the lye was mixing up with the little water kept clumping in me. I just looked at it again and I just poured the whole batch out. Please respond. It did not look like yours 🥺

Good morning from Greece. I made liquid soap and while the PH is a 9, the clarity test gives a very cloudy result. What could be wrong and what can I do? Thank you in advance.
This video is very helpful. If you dont have a crock pot what do you suggest using. Also what would happen in the period where you would leave it over night or leave it for 7 hours
You can do a double boiler method

There is only one way when using water and that is to add a preservative ! There is no multiple schools of thought. When the FDA shows of your door, you will changed your tune!

I have made liquid soap for years and never had mold grow in my liquid soap
You should look into fortified shampoo for fast hair growth.
