I realize this video is over a year old, but I had been kind of interested in some new construction homes I saw on Zillow in Rimrock until I saw some news clips about major flooding and evacuations in Rimrock and Camp Verde earlier this year. Yikes.

There are some new homes going in by Brown Homes at Beaver Creek. They are really nice, starting in the high $500,000s.
We did have flooding in parts of Sedona, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, and Rimrock last spring. Those are mostly in areas close to the creek, but it shows how important it is to check out the FEMA flood status homes before you buy . I usually look that up on the tax record before showing a house.

I have house-sat before in Rimrock and the water seemed fine. This was a home in the area of a private water company. I haven't sold a home in Rimrock on a well yet....
