I sourced this video out to figure out how to remove the struts in my 2007 and a half GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab 4x4 to replace the CV axles. As I am not the one that put the 3-in suspension lift kit on the struts or the upper control arms from rough country and it's hard to find in a maintenance video after the truck's been lifted like this
If I do both sides at same time, can I just put the left side back on the right side and not have to rotate the struts 180, I don't have my vice set up at the moment
@n54nate62 I'm only raising 2 inches, you don't have to use a vise, you just put the spacer on the strut and literally just turn the whole assembly 180 and it goes in, super easy
Mine did not come with the spacer plates. Where can I find and purchase them separately? I believe this is why my suspension indicator keep going off on my truck.

I added spacers just like that and had it aligned, but the tires are having tow wear. How do I fix that?
have you contacted your local alignment shop? Sounds like something is off.
@@mishimoto Can you just add this kit and have the alignment done with everything else stock?
Was this in Stock control arms?
Yes!
