    Ok this isn’t food related but if you sleep with silk it helps the skin and I would know because I sleep with a silk eye mask and my skin is soft af.

    Food is such a weird topic. So many things out there to know. I personally have switched to the carnivore diet. Meat only. Eat foods that feed your soul! You are glowing.

      As a plant based eater (apart from salmon krill oil and honey) I had to comment. Not to be rude but because this is interesting. Meat and dairy make me feel worse. I think there is no ultimate diet for everyone. Our bodies seem to be different.

    I believe all of these do ! But oyster ..I am worried of food poisoning & allergy issues ,so I won't recommend it ! I believe you should had put strawberries, grapefruit, orange, peach ,apricots maybe !?? Kiwi ,papaya as well ! 💜🥁🐉🎤🎵🎶💞

    Blueberries are my favorite fruit, but they don’t help my skin. Verdict is still out, but in my case it seems watermelon and peaches do better.

      Putting blueberries in a blender or putting them directly in your mouth and then chewing him up before consuming them is the same darn thing. You’re just using a different tool.
