- Welcome to your virtual Iceland experience. It's the last day of 2020 and since I haven't been able to travel this year, I figured I'd drop a video from my 2018 Iceland trip. Travel back in time with me to the land of fire and ice. Truly a remarkable place with breathtaking sights. This trip was in October and we saw Northern lights twice! Once at Stokksnes and another time in Reykjavík! Too bad I couldn't capture it through video. I'll have to go back to Iceland for sure!! Please subscribe ~

WOW! Nice video. Interestingly, I also have a DJI Mavic Pro! Its really nice to know that there are still people out there who still acknowledge and recognize the amazing capabilities that this drone still possess. Also, the lighting and the cool camera shots were a great implementation to your video, it was really great! Great Job!

Wow, stunning video, thank you. I too am going the first week of October, so your video was really great for giving me an idea of what to expect! Looks like you had spectacular weather, especially as we all know how changeable it can be! What were the temperatures like please. Did you use waterproof pants much? Just a practical question, did you find spray and mist on your lens was an issue or did you just constantly keep a cloth handy!?

Aw thank you Marg! I can’t remember the temperature exactly but I wore heat tech under layers from head to toe as well as thick sweaters and a down jacket. I highly recommend a scarf and mittens too. I didn’t wear waterproof pants for the things I did, but if you’re glacier walking/hiking you may want to wear them. Lastly, I think carrying a lens cloth would be a good idea! Hope this helps 😊
