I appreciate really much this collabs, also the fact how you bring more BJJ to the public knowledge which is a great contribution to our community and it's success.
Actually, I feel Jordan has made me progress to blue belt, because I wasn't using underhooks a lot and giving them away. Very happy with you and all people who do rolling commentary. Needless to say, these collabs are not only fun, but a great way to learn. Good title also, made me definitely wanna click faster ;)
Hey Jordan and Jedi this was very cool. I just started training again in May 2021 after taking 15 years off, and I watched Jedi and Jordan all the time especially as a brand new white belt. Jordan’s “20 tips” video was probably the first bjj yt I ever watched. I’m a 48 y/o blue belt. Jordan I use your kimura trap stuff all the time. I have spent all summer working on hitting kimura from bottom for either the sweep or the sub and it’s such a money move for me now. Thanks to you both!!
Love this type of commentary. It is often hard to recognise your own errors so in a normal commentary people usually provide good detail on their own moves but once they get swept etc you often just hear them say "and then I got swept".
Great analysis and I like the way you relate it to (and visually cut to) an example of you doing the same thing. I really like Jedi's channel and watch as much as I can and I could never make the analysis you are making. That's because I'm only a purple belt myself. And not nearly as good as either of these guys here. Your collaborations are really great. Don't stop.
Jordan I love your commentary’s the attention to detail, the step by step instructions and how you show examples to compare to are so helpful. I could watch your commentary’s on all BJJ videos. Two of my favorite channels right here!
This was wholly useful! I see myself making a lot of the same calculation errors and having you point them out, along with what you would do, is really insightful!
loved this video and although im only starting ( 3 stripes white belt ) i fully underarand those lessons and take them to heart especially becuse of the deep love i hold for this sport great job jedi amazing comntery jordan i had an abslute blast watching this video
May Leandro Lo Rest In Peace. Not to distract or steal attention, but for those who may not have heard, Gene Lebell, teacher to a multitude legendary names in martial arts, also passed away this week. May they both rest in peace and deepest condolences to their families and loved ones. Edit: Great vid, great rolling from both guys in this vid👊
Subscribed. We need to cherish positive bjj role models like Jordan and Jedi. I'll watch this every day over some of the other more toxic bjj personalities.
Hey jordan i know you typically take questions for videos on patreon but im a broke university kid! If you could ever make a video for the smaller guys dealing with big guys, im 78kg ish and deal with a lot of people in my gym 125/130kg, love rolling with them for the intensity and because i have to work smarter and i have gotten better at evading them as the bottom flattened opponent however i feel i need more tools in my arsenal cause spending that much time under big guys is really shitty, specially in summer lol
I’m 58 ish kg blue belt and being the smallest person always I can tell you that always being on a hip and learning to hip switch and move yourself underneath of them more than move their whole weight is extremely beneficial. Combine this hipswitch with proper frames on the knee and elbow knee connection and they’ll never be able to keep side control or mount
Good video , i like jedi also. I wish you could roll with JonThomasBJJ and make narrative. I think he is also very technical, very good informative videos just like yours.
"if your opponent cant put their feet on the ground, they cant stand up". Wise words. so simple, so obvious, and yet my oppenents are always standing up lmao
Everyone loves collaborations. If you collaborated with people in different sports it would bring a lot of attention to your channel that's outside of our niche sport. For example you could grapple with a rock climber, then in the next video you try rock climbing. You could see how sports translate to bjj and vise versa.
@@JordanTeachesJiujitsu LOL I had wondered this before but it also makes sense since you spend so much time analyzing, commentating and editing your footage. Huge thank you for all your content! Your tips pop into my head during rolling sessions at the gym and they always help!
Had a lot of fun doing this bro!
Me too man! This turned out so great. Dream collab for me. Thanks again!
Huge honor for me
I got a brown belt at my gym that is almost an exact clone of you.
@@waspahh33 my brain defaults to Bernardo’s voice wherever I see or hear this 😂😂
Let’s go the first Bjj UA-camr I started watching(Jedi) and Jordan the one I watch most now are colabing I love this!
I appreciate really much this collabs, also the fact how you bring more BJJ to the public knowledge which is a great contribution to our community and it's success.
Thanks man. I do my best to entertain and educate the community 🙏🙂

Awesome breakdown! I’m a huge fan of you both. Can’t wait to see that in person collab next.
8:29 beautiful touch. RIP Lo
(thanks for the content. partnerships with other youtubers elevated your channel to a hole nother level)

That's amazing. Happy to help!
Love both of you guys. I missed Jedi so much when he was away. Glad to see him back.
Woahhh this caught me completely off guard I was ready to see Jedi and got Jordan too! What a combo! More of this!
Love this type of commentary. It is often hard to recognise your own errors so in a normal commentary people usually provide good detail on their own moves but once they get swept etc you often just hear them say "and then I got swept".
Loving this type of content. Extremely technical and very interesting with the transition to different rolling scenes as an example.
Great video! Was very interesting to see an experienced person like yourself break down Jedi’s rolling footage.
Narration plus explanation makes you my favorite "here's some footage" guy. It isn't even close. Thanks for that. Also. Loving these collaborations!
Great analysis and I like the way you relate it to (and visually cut to) an example of you doing the same thing. Its good to see jedi back doing videos, great colab!

Had to start watching your channel when jedi took a break from making videos but glad to see he's back 😀.
I love these commentaries Jordan! Well done!
This was wholly useful! I see myself making a lot of the same calculation errors and having you point them out, along with what you would do, is really insightful!
Excellent when 2 of the best BJJ YT-guys collaborate! Looking forward to the next collab!
Thanks man, me too!
Maaaan I got so hyped thinking this was gonna be a Jordan & Jedi roll.
Jordan, you were already becoming a favorite. Now you're doing vids with some of my other favorites. This is too much hahaha. Great stuff!
OMG I tripped out so hard when I loaded your video and jordans at the same time. This is the collab we needed!
Good stuff. Looking forward to Jedi and Jordan rolling in the future.
Awesome collaboration video !!
This is so cool. You are two of my favorite UA-camrs, and it is great to see you work together.
I would absolutely love to see a rolling vid with you guys, you guys are my favorite bjj youtubers.
As a watcher of both channels, this is an awesome surprise! Can't wait to see you guys roll
Both seemingly humble people. Love the collab. If you have any advice for a 3 month white belt that has trouble sweeping out of the mount plz lmk.
Wow you just keep improving your content man, loving every single video 🔥
Always great to see Jedi!!
This is an amazing collab! Love to see it
Bernardo, Chewy and now Jedi. Very nice.
Nice job Jordan
Thanks man 👊
That was sweet! One of the best BJJ channels for sure!
I really really enjoyed this collaboration!
Thank you! I finally got to roll with Jedi just the other day. He is really good!
That’s really cool!
I hope we’ll get to see some of that session.
Jedi is a beast! Love the collabs, I follow all of them
What we really need is a video of you and Craig Jones rolling
loved this video and although im only starting ( 3 stripes white belt ) i fully underarand those lessons and take them to heart especially becuse of the deep love i hold for this sport great job jedi amazing comntery jordan i had an abslute blast watching this video
This is a cool mashup between two of my favorite YT BJJ channels. Thanks for doing this.
Thank you, David! Glad you enjoyed the mashup :)
Loving these collabs
I love seeing you collaborate with all the creators I watch. Y’all make me love BJJ and miss my teammates when I’m not at the gym. Thank you
Great video again. Love both of you guys. Still going to persist that you vs. Wiltse needs to happen. Multiple rounds too.
Awesome. Watch both the channels. Really good stuff!
What camera do you shoot with? Your videos look amazing
Love both your guys content! I've actually been watching Jedi longer.
May Leandro Lo Rest In Peace.

Yea no need to be an ass, I think OP comment is a great idea
Would love to see you collab with Eli Knight next!
Jedi is good. I rolled with him a bit when he was in Austin. He was bigger and stronger than I expected.
jedi is funny and great to watch
bet you have a recording folders separated in submissions lol how do u find old footage efficiently for video editing lol
That would be smart and efficient but I literally just remember what rolls had what in them lol
