I'm honestly ok with it. Giving the Americans the M1D sniper variant would just be absolutely insane. And they couldn't possibly nerf its one hit kill range to 100m, that would be so stupid for a rifle of its caliber.
I think they already nerfed the rifles? They used to be one hit kill at most ranges, now I have to double tap much more.@@JoeMun
@@Sepultra012 K98 is a one hit to the chest and head all the way to max render distance (500m), I think the mosin is less. Same with enfield and Springfield (maybe 300m). FG42 is 100
It's supposed to be, but I've had a LOT of times where K98's are two shots even at point blank range. I've fired shots, scored hits, seen blood effects, and then watched the guy running off and bandaging. It could be a bug, I don't know.@@JoeMun
@@Sepultra012 it’s a simple answer. They added many moons ago limb damage. So if you hit an arm or leg or hand, it won’t kill immediately at point blank.
Meanwhile in my games our sniper teams combined have a killscore of 36 ( 12 kills)no mic and stay in no mans land playing singleplayer while arty goes nuts.
My spotter is shooting arty while I’m doing this, and I’ll help him if needed otherwise we are hitting them from a manpower and munitions aspect all game

Just had an 82 kill game as Sniper on this very map. Think my record is 94. I'm sure with time I'll get over 100. Nice gameplay, I like how good you are. Just ruthlessly efficient and a great shot.

Amazing gameplay. Your sniping spots are super good. The key to sniping in this game is to have a view where a lot of people are spawning, but also being semi-hidden so they have a hard time fining you.

I noticed his name didn't pop for you instantly and you're in the middle of a fire-zone without standard issue camo on, he probably thought you were a sniper on the enemy team.

Had a game where the recon teams sniper had 18 kill score. He didn't go to the enemy arty once. He played 90 mins with an advantage 48 other people on the enemy team don't have and stil managed to get less kills than most medics that game. I played with a literal 10 year old 2 days ago teaching him stuff and he had more kills.
@@beertlont776 Yup,can be bloody frustrating alright. Had a few games this week where our sniper sat with attacking troops,instead of causing chaos. Arty pounded us back. After losing two caps within minutes,recons got given a choice. Do ya damn jobs or kick....two mew recon tesms turned an impending loss around. One hung with the attacking force with flares,the other shut down arty snd demolished nodes . Reached a point that nodes were buried in barbed wire so got precision strike

I've been playing HLL for just over 200 hours now, so not at all great at this game. My spotter level is 5. my Sniper level is 0, I've never played sniper a single time in all this time. Not because I dont want to, but the role is never available :/

I really enjoy HLL, but with all the new people playing I just had to step away from it. These new people have no clue what they're doing and take the most important roles without knowing how to use them. It's worse when you get a squad with actual children in it. I have been team killed more the last week than I have in the entirety of the last several years I have been playing this game.

I think the Springfield has the best scope zoom, the k98 is just a little too zoomed for me, the Springfield is just more versatile and easy to use with different range/movibg targets

I’m just jealous of how good the game looks in this video. I can never get it to look that good no matter how much a tinker with the settings and my cpu.
I think they need to add more idle sway. For a game meant to be more realistic, the least realistic thing is taking 300m headshots while standing after sprinting. But great video
WTF settings are these? My game is completely broken. My shots at that range I have to aim a literal 2-3 inches over the head and 1-2 inches in front of the target. Then I get to wait 2 fuckin seconds as the bullet sails to never land with any sort of consistency ever- which is a spot on match with the trash bullet reg in this game as I literally have hundreds of shots where I shoot right through people or my bullet literally bounces off their helmets. This is some fucked up shit. If my game worked like this I’d be dropping 100 kill matches in my sleep.
And I know how fucked this bullshit is and that it’s not the same because you’re seeing the confirmed kill THROUGH THE SNIPER LENSE… while my fucking gun kicks like a fuckin bull,and I see blood and hear a hit 10% of the time 2 fuckin seconds after I’ve made the shot, and not thru no scope.
