How on earth did you think this up? Beancurd sheets and seaweed sheets are some of my favorites and are absolutely delicious prepared this way. It’s very easy to make, and even the simple dipping sauce works well with these flavors and textures. I was a bit skeptical, even though I love both foods, but this really is a fun and tasty treat.
