And then Killer suggest to make an alliance to strengthen their capacity and to get revenged to Shanks but unfortunately, Kaido pop-ups (like a malware) out of nowhere and babyshakes them.

I love the idea that Hiyori is gathering money in order to buy weapons for the samurai behind the shogun's back. I would prefer for there to just be a straight up evil beautiful female (who was fully relevant as a character that is, I know we've had Kalifa, Monet etc but they're not enough imo) but I think the "gold digger" route would be a pretty cheap way to do that and if Hiyori was working for the good guys all along it makes her look competent and avoids the "troubled woman who gets easily turned" trope.
The commander that got injured can not be Katakuri cuz he mentioned that it had been a long time since he got hit when luffy was in gear 4 Plus Smoothie's body is in perfect shape(hot and thicc) So it's pretty much confirmed the injured commander is Snack

I think there’s more to Komurasaki than we are led to believe. The fact that we saw kyoshiro in the same room as her might imply that she is tightly guarded by him and orochi which is why she puts up this facade

Amazing Review - I have repeatedly said that Kid is the Whitebeard to Luffy's Roger. I LOVE the highlighting role concept of Shanks and 100% agree. He also sort of highlighted Ace already too - Excellent!

What guard commander would want to report that they can't keep control of their own prison to someone like Jack, Queen, King, or Kaido? That would be suicide. The guards are smart to just let Luffy and Kid continue working and not try to punish them.

I agree they took down a warden and there was no consequences, yeah they disguised it like "Where's your proof?" But these are crooked, beast pirates they don't need a reason! I know the Strawhats are confident and stronger now but I feel like they are highly underestimating "THE STRONGEST LIVING CREATURE". They are way to easy going for me, I was hoping for a slightly darker and more serious arc like Marineford BUT it's still very early and could turn to hell soon
I think Shanks can see the future. He don't teleport or manipulate time, he just know the things that will happen and the people involved. That's why he is always at the right place and at the right time, while also preparing these people who will have importance in the future.
Shanks also "marked" Blackbeard indirectly, since Teach was originally hyped up for having been the one to give Shanks the scar he has on his face back in their earlier days.
To be fair to Oda there are plenty of men as well, Croc pretended to be a hero, Doffy a benevolent king, Kuro a gentle butler, Fuji a humble blind man, and the Flawhat Pukey-Demola Black (not sure if I got his first name right going off memory).
I do not think it was Shanks who cut Kidds arm. If you read the text Kidd says, he says The Red Hair Pirates, if he did loose his arm to Shanks, don't you think he would have said Red Hair Shanks or just Shanks? To further prove my point, look at what Caribou says, it's obviously a rumour but rumours come from somewhere, along the way to each person, sometimes the info gets mixed up. Maybe the real rumour when it started was like '' When he challenged Red Hair, his subordinates tore his arm off. Then he ran away. '' But along the way, people didn't listen properly and it turned into Big Mom instead.
I don't like the idea of Kid being able to lay a finger on Katakuri that easily but what are the odds that Brulee's lie was another one set up to protect her brother's reputation? Obviously, it didn't pay off against Luffy since Flampe made it into the mirror world with all of her men, but it wouldn't be hard for Brulee to set up a perfect 1v1 against Kid for Katakuri and be the only one there to see the result in a situation less stressful than the wedding.
Leo Tully me either it was oretimeskip and katakuri said that luffy was catching up to him. So if it was katakuri who kid stepped to PRETIME SKIP then kid should now be way above commanders and luffy.

When Kaido fell onto the island with the supernovas, Kidd had just addressed his plans to go after shanks, which means he hadn’t yet, and also hadn’t gone after big mom after that, yet either. Now we know that his metal arm was from a battle with shanks, however when kaido confronted them, Kidd had them metal arm in that chapter and episode already. So how does that make sense?
I personally think Smoker is Luffy's Sasuke/Vegeta equivalent. But then again, Kidd hasn't been that instrumental to the plot thus far. But that's changing. And Kidd acts enough like Vegeta to be considered. I also think the matter of who's gonna take over the marines after Akainu's downfall will go one of two ways. 1. Coby straight up takes over and Smoker makes his own group (kinda like Alaude and Hibari from KHR....the latter of whom reminds me of Smoker and vice versa) or 2. It's like with Kakashi and Naruto (and how it would have been with Minato and Obito had the latter not gone dark) and Smoker takes over more immediately after the final battle, then Coby takes over by the Epilogue (which'll probably be it's own arc with how big OP is).
I knew Kidd was destined to be more than a push over and know that we know he beat up a sweet commander and left and lost him arm to one of shanks commanders everyone will switch up. But I’m still waiting for news on the feats of x drake and Bonnie those two haven’t made real noise yet hoping it’s something important

This could have happened in the beginning of the time skip or in the middle of the time skip but he fought them with one arm and then after that sometime Uroge came and attacked snack that’s the order.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that Shanks had his arm back when Ace visited him on that snow island. The same left arm that Kidd lost.
And since then we've never seen the severed arm on screen, its always been hidden. Shanks is laying low and feigning weakness while he meets with Gorosei and moves the world of OP from the shadows.

I think there’s more to Komurasaki than we are led to believe. The fact that we saw kyoshiro in the same room as her might imply that she is tightly guarded by him and orochi which is why she puts up this facade

Amazing Review - I have repeatedly said that Kid is the Whitebeard to Luffy's Roger. I LOVE the highlighting role concept of Shanks and 100% agree. He also sort of highlighted Ace already too - Excellent!

What guard commander would want to report that they can't keep control of their own prison to someone like Jack, Queen, King, or Kaido? That would be suicide. The guards are smart to just let Luffy and Kid continue working and not try to punish them.

I agree they took down a warden and there was no consequences, yeah they disguised it like "Where's your proof?" But these are crooked, beast pirates they don't need a reason! I know the Strawhats are confident and stronger now but I feel like they are highly underestimating "THE STRONGEST LIVING CREATURE". They are way to easy going for me, I was hoping for a slightly darker and more serious arc like Marineford BUT it's still very early and could turn to hell soon

I think Shanks can see the future. He don't teleport or manipulate time, he just know the things that will happen and the people involved. That's why he is always at the right place and at the right time, while also preparing these people who will have importance in the future.
Shanks also "marked" Blackbeard indirectly, since Teach was originally hyped up for having been the one to give Shanks the scar he has on his face back in their earlier days.

To be fair to Oda there are plenty of men as well, Croc pretended to be a hero, Doffy a benevolent king, Kuro a gentle butler, Fuji a humble blind man, and the Flawhat Pukey-Demola Black (not sure if I got his first name right going off memory).
I do not think it was Shanks who cut Kidds arm. If you read the text Kidd says, he says The Red Hair Pirates, if he did loose his arm to Shanks, don't you think he would have said Red Hair Shanks or just Shanks? To further prove my point, look at what Caribou says, it's obviously a rumour but rumours come from somewhere, along the way to each person, sometimes the info gets mixed up. Maybe the real rumour when it started was like '' When he challenged Red Hair, his subordinates tore his arm off. Then he ran away. '' But along the way, people didn't listen properly and it turned into Big Mom instead.
I never really payed attention to the parallels between Kid and Shanks until now. The red hair, the missing arm, even the scars over their left eyes.
I don't like the idea of Kid being able to lay a finger on Katakuri that easily but what are the odds that Brulee's lie was another one set up to protect her brother's reputation? Obviously, it didn't pay off against Luffy since Flampe made it into the mirror world with all of her men, but it wouldn't be hard for Brulee to set up a perfect 1v1 against Kid for Katakuri and be the only one there to see the result in a situation less stressful than the wedding.
Leo Tully me either it was oretimeskip and katakuri said that luffy was catching up to him. So if it was katakuri who kid stepped to PRETIME SKIP then kid should now be way above commanders and luffy.

@Sawyer7mage please consider this plot hole!! When Kaido fell onto the island with the supernovas, Kidd had just addressed his plans to go after shanks, which means he hadn’t yet, and also hadn’t gone after big mom after that, yet either. Now we know that his metal arm was from a battle with shanks, however when kaido confronted them, Kidd had them metal arm in that chapter and episode already. So how does that make sense?
I personally think Smoker is Luffy's Sasuke/Vegeta equivalent. But then again, Kidd hasn't been that instrumental to the plot thus far. But that's changing. And Kidd acts enough like Vegeta to be considered. I also think the matter of who's gonna take over the marines after Akainu's downfall will go one of two ways. 1. Coby straight up takes over and Smoker makes his own group (kinda like Alaude and Hibari from KHR....the latter of whom reminds me of Smoker and vice versa) or 2. It's like with Kakashi and Naruto (and how it would have been with Minato and Obito had the latter not gone dark) and Smoker takes over more immediately after the final battle, then Coby takes over by the Epilogue (which'll probably be it's own arc with how big OP is).
I knew Kidd was destined to be more than a push over and know that we know he beat up a sweet commander and left and lost him arm to one of shanks commanders everyone will switch up. But I’m still waiting for news on the feats of x drake and Bonnie those two haven’t made real noise yet hoping it’s something important

zee ilyas before he attacked a sweet commander he lost his arm in a fight with one of shanks crew member, but then he went to attack a sweet commander then stole something he needed from then. This could have happened in the beginning of the time skip or in the middle of the time skip but he fought them with one arm and then after that sometime Uroge came and attacked snack that’s the order.
Remember what the Rayleigh flashback said in the Katakuri vs Luffy fight? How your haki evolves in life threatening fights? If this is true, Kidd must have developed super strong haki through his experiences...
Symbolism: Shanks gave Luffy his arm to protect him. Shanks took Kidd's arm (probably) in defense.
