Most Of your Points are Very Unique especially About Ending Section . Thankyou Sir for bringing in Notice as I also think that i am Not In position to demand Action rather It should be Neutral But Hopeful prospect.

As someone that is applying to Post Doc and job industry this is really useful. However, it is true that " I am not in the position to demand" but it's unfair to wait for months to get any answers...
