I googled how to change my thermostat, yours was the first video that popped up. It didn't take all of 2 mins to do. Video was clear and helpful and now my heat is back on. Thank you!

THANK YOU for this video! It's New Year's Day, I'm a single mom, and we've got tons of snow, and freezing temps, and I thought our system was broken. Found your video -- changed the batteries -- and we're back in business. You just saved me hundreds on a holiday, emergency visit. Again: THANK YOU!!! 💞

I have cussed in google searches, turned the ac off an then back on because I thought it was freezing up...and ate many, many chocolate chip cookies out of despair over the last few days. This is actually a brand new unit and new thermostat only put in last August and who knew...pffft...just the batteries...whew, thank God!!! Thanks, my unit lit up with replace battery and I didn’t know how exactly since the model number wasn’t visible and I didn’t want to damage my unit. I have the first model and so thanks a lot for showing me how to replace the batteries. Keep up the good work!
