OMG I WAS SO COFUSED FOR A SECOND!! I basically saw a glimpse of the thumbnail and I thought it said “Make monkey with your art” and then I saw it pointing to a black girl. I was so confused but then I noticed it said “make money with your art” and had a sigh of relief 😭😂
I dont know if you answered this before but did you have to apply for a business license? I would love some of my fave YT creators to give a bit more indepth on how they got started with online shops and commissions. I.e applying for a license, setting up banking as business? And shipping tips (supplies, where to start, options) etc. For me i would love to know from trusted sources and first hand experiences on what you did, if you were nervous & listening to horror stories that happened to you. Im finally getting started and researching stuff but I am also a worry wart and a stickler to the legality of things .. which makes me stress and then my plan to sell my art comes to a halt 😅 Omg. Im sorry for so much rambling and personal grievances. Lol I do love your videos and I an so glad you are willing to give us your tips in the art community!

Price what you think your arts value is or you can look at other artists who do commissions and see what there pricing is like too!

It would be neat if artists who made a decent income showed how they do taxes and all that too, I still don’t get it myself tbh
I do have a business license as a Individual LLC! I might do something with info on this all one day, they're all good questions?
