- BREVILLE SMART OVEN AIR FRYER No Guilt HEALTHY CRISPY POTATOES - I am so in love with my Breville Smart oven air Fryer, ever since I bought it, I've been using it non stop making great healthy recipes using it. If you're debating in buying one, don't hesitate anymore, it is a great investment to start cooking healthier meals... you will love it.
In this video, I am making my favorite crispy Air fried potatoes using the one and only Breville smart oven Air Fryer. AN EASY, SIMPLE, and HEALTHY side dish.... Crispy and crunchy on the outside, soft inside. As I show in this video I only spray little bit of extra virgin olive oil and add garlic salt that I buy from Trader's Joe's. I usually incorporate lots of Trader Joe's food items with my recipes.
This air fried potatoes is a great addition with any dish you're making. I combined them with my meatball dish for dinner and it was truly ahhh-Mazzzing. My family and I are trying to eat everything healthier these days, so we truly enjoy eating them every time I make them and the most important thing is not feeling guilty.
No more frying potatoes or eating chips in my house after buying the Breville smart oven air fryer BOV900. All my potatoes get air fried.
These crispy air fried potatoes recipe are the perfect side for any meal, an ideal healthy kids snacks, and a very healthy side dish for burgers, sandwiches and wraps.

Thank you for the great tips for making crispy potatoes, exactly what I needed to know. I'm always watching videos by people who use this appliance. I too own and love the Breville Smart Oven Pro Air. Ever since I purchased it, I've not once used my regular oven. This thing does it all! I have the pizza stone accessory and crank out some great 13" homemade NY -style pies.

Thank you for an excellent demo. I love my large Breville. Living in the desert, it’s so helpful not to have to use my standard oven heating up my kitchen. These ovens are popular in the South of the USA bc it gets hot and humid. Will be thinking of you tonight at dinner. Yumm yumm potatoes.

Do you have a cutting board above the oven? I thought you were supposed to keep it open above air air flow?
Breville sells a cutting board on legs that is made specifically to put on top of the air fryer.
Have you put tin foil on the bottom to protect it from drippings?
Yes 🙌 putting Tin Foil at the bottom Tray is the best… I always do, I have showed that in my other video “How to Deep Clean your Smart Oven”

A neat trick I saw someone do is put parchment paper on the tray and then a thin layer of baking soda. The baking soda absorbs the drippings and it does not spatter on the heating elements and the glass door. This is a technique I now use all the time when dripping is likely, for example, making chicken wings.
