Don’t move here if you are single - you will regret the ridiculous high tax rates. Btw the salaries for executives are relatively low compared to neighbouring countries. Salaries are high for civil servants and entry level to mid-senior jobs. It is impossible for me to attract senior talent for that reason. And taxes relatively low for entry level salaries and couples with kids, except bonuses at 52% for all. Not kidding. You won’t need a private Healthcare Insurance because it is organised by the state who deducts that also from your salary but you won’t get the standards of Asian or American hospitals in terms of capacity, comfort and medical professionalism.

Nice video however it depends where you are from and what you are used to... In my OWN experience there are far too many CONS than PROS. The sad reality is there is far too much discrimination in both the public and private domain. For instance we received wrong information from tax services and other government institutions which took time to resolve and caused us many issues. We had a car accident and when we called the police they hung up on us. Many more incidents like this..... A lot of small crime goes unreported because people just dont want to deal with legal and police...we had to learn the hard way and as a result we did not feel safe but perhaps for some, Luxembourg is safer compared to where they are originally from so it all depends. I also find Luxembourg to be very boring but again, that's just my humble opinion. Depends what you are used to.

No you can't simply convert it. You have to follow normal procedure like getting a work visa etc.
