Did you cut the 2' for the ends out out of the 12' board? Was it 10' at the end?

The 2' for the ends came from an 8' board. The table is 12 feet long. Are you planning to build one? Thanks for watching!

Does the carpet fray on outside side? Or did you use anything to finish it?

It does fray a little, mostly due to our cats, LOL. I may need to get some kind of edge trim to go on it.

$395 and I didn't have to buy the carpet, it was left over from carpeting the playroom.
