The rapper you asked about is Zuho. I'm so glad you finally noticed him. He's such an adorable dork. Unfortunately he isn't in any of the dance scenes because of a leg injury, and he isn't able to promote with the group, but he's also an amazing dancer like the rest of sf9.

1:59 The member who liked is Zuho, he’s main rapper. He participated in composing, writing the lyrics and arranging most of the songs in Narcissus album. He’s not participating in promotions for their new mini album due to a lower back injury.

This review is so welled put together and executed. Korea has such a long and dark relationship with females and so even before the song was released, many netizens were already angry over the fact that they thought this song was targeting woman. However, plot twist! It isn't! And your review explains it so clearly! 👏👏👏 The connections to the mv was so spot on 👌

initially, i had thought that the MV was a little dull and boring too 😅 until i uncovered the meaning of the lyrics and how their album title fits the whole theme of the MV ☺️. also, i think that SF9 had mentioned that the song was about discovering and falling in love with the image of themselves so that’s how i got the context of the MV with the symbol of mirrors and all that.. but yeah! 😁
What makes me sad is that there isn't alot of people that know them. And they don't get alot of votes in award stuff. Thank you for looking into their new music video, I really do appreciate it. ❤️

The rapper before Hwiyoung that got your attention is Zuho! He actually writes and works on a lot of their music. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to join promotions because of a back injury and was also not in any of the choreography for the MV. The vocalist that you said was killing it is Inseong!

I like how they used the mirrors since the album is called Narcissus and Narcissus is a dude that falls in love with his reflection in Greek / Roman Mythology so that was well done! Love the song, thanks for reacting to it!

i really liked the song and the thematic of the music video, SF9 are the kings of concept!!! at first i didnt like some of the lyrics and i just did the connection of the theme on the music video but after seeing you talking about now i realized that the lyrics also fits perfectly and now i think it's even more amazing

The song is great, the music is great, honestly putting it on play is an adventure! The members are great rappers and singers alike, and man the choreo... they never disappoint with their choreos...
But the mv... I think they rushed it a bit when it comes to quality overall, but after you broke down the lyrics I understood the MV and made me look at it in a very different way wow!
I wish ppl would give them some more attention or at least a chance to hear their title songs and their albums overall

I've had SF9 on my periphery for awhile and I loved Enough and I've got their albums but I didn't look deeper into it. I had NO idea it was that deep. Just thought the song was a bop and now knowing the lyrics... Holy crap! That's amazing!

Woah. I wasn't expecting that deeper meaning I'm shook (and disappointed in myself cause I'm such a greek mythology nerd how could I not have noticed??).
But fun fact! At 1:24 in the MV, Youngbin only exists within the water which could be for a variety of reasons including a symbol for how Narcissus dies at the river bank or maybe it's a pointer to Echo, but what i really like is that the flowers standing by the surface of the water are actually a flower named Narcissus, after the greek myth, because they can only be found growing by riverbeds.
The breakdown on both the lyrics and the Mac was so interesting, all that symbolism I ignored. Thank you so much ☺️✨🌈
As soon as I saw the teaser I called that this comeback Zuho would be catching everyone’s attention like Hwiyoung did in now or never mv.
The lyrics actually reminded me of the kdrama my I’d gangnam.
I caught onto the narcissistic theme of pretty enough right away.... There are mirrors & reflections everywhere for God's sake. Chani even strokes his own reflection.
In the beginning it sounds like a love song, but it's not. People can reinterpret it in that way if that's the vibe they want to go for, but it's clearly a eulogising song.
Can you listen to Fall in love - SF9 ? The song from this album too😉😉😉 I really love that song😊
I don't know if they ment for this to happen or if it's totally coincidental but in Spanish 'Ya' can be interpreted as 'now' or 'enough'. I don't know, I just found it cool how they said '야야야야야' which sounds so much like 'yayayaya' which again would mean 'enough enough' in Spanish.
Korean slept on this song and SF9 as it is not as "Korea" as they expected.
Anyway, I agree your ranking of title song of SF9, Easy Love is my most favourite title song and it is still can't be replaced even the latest had been debuted.
Moreover, their live tour as announced, only covered Europe and USA. I hope one day they can perform live in Asia.

That sure is an interesting thing to point out! I never really realized what Narcissus meant but wow---- Also, when it comes to colors etc, personally, I think the japanese mv for ENOUGH did the song justice and matched the excitement a bit more, though the korean one in my opinion is really fascinating too!

Absolutely agree with everything you said. I kinda kept the concept in mind when watching the video but having someone else go through it & say helped my piece together some more of how the music video connects with the concept too. But I absolutely with what others about doing a full album listen. The other songs help piece the whole entire concept together better I think?
All this said this is also one of my favorite comeback by SF9!! I like the direction they took even if it wasn't clear all the way! They really are amazing & I hope they get some more recognition!

The lyrics remind me so much of She's Mine by VAV and while I'm not necessarily a fan of possessive lyrics, they made me take note of the song. She's Mine was much brighter color wise and moved faster as a song. Both songs are unique while covering the same topic and I appreciate the variety. Easy Love is one of my top 10 all time favorite kpop songs and I'm curious if they'll ever make another song that tops that one in my eyes (because to my ears, it is just a perfect song).
