@@fjhphoto one more question... apart from the lens, would you travel with this on a checked suite case? ( is there another breakable element on the section that holds the GoBo's?)
I'm wondering why there's 2 variants of this projector. My cheaper optical snoot can be used on both LED and strobe without any issue. I'm using Godox AD400 and Godox VL300.
I'm not sure why there's two versions but if I had to guess maybe the LED option handles heat better. In my own photoshoot I was using the flash version with continuous lights and think everything was fine.
@@joliver4083not sure where you got it but I’m seeing it at around $139-$165 online. It also has less features compared to the BFP. Only one shutter blade and can’t rotate the unit itself so you’ll need to make sure the pattern drops in exactly how you want it to be.
great review! I'm thinking about getting one. BTW I was at WPPI in Vegas in your class with Kendra
awesome video...
loved the examples,
Please do a full demo.
Sure thing! Maybe I can do that soon. I want to order some other gobos first.😊

could you do a break down of how you created the shoots?
Great Video! Do you think if you have a modeling lamp, it'll be bright enough to project the pattern so then you don't have to flash it as much?

I just googled Godox VL300, the price is out of reach
Oliver, what's that "cheap optical snoot" you're talking about?
I'm looking to get one myself if the price is within my limited budget. 😊
Thanks!
@@elram2649 I'm using Ambitful AL-18 Pro.
It's less than $100 USD and very lightweight.
