Chicken with snow peas 荷兰豆炒鸡肉
Ingredients:
1/2 pound chicken breast
330 g snow peas
10 pieces carrot
2 clove of garlic (minced)
Ingredients for marinate the chicken
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Little bit of black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp cooking wine
Slurry
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup of water
Sauce for stir fry the snow peas
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar
Little bit of black pepper
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1/3 tsp chicken power
1/3 cup of water
