Making the amount of content you do must be exhausting on top of your personal training clients and classes. I’m always so grateful for the time and energy you put into GIVING us high quality content. You give away better content than many others charge for! Your workout reviews weren’t my favorite videos anyway because I believe in just doing what you enjoy and what work for yourself if it makes you move. But I could hear your advices on health and training everyday so I do hope you will continue in that direction. My favorites are your monthly social media reviews. Those are always funny.

As someone who struggles with change and absolutely found it helpful when you gave a heads up a while ago, I just wanted to say that your explanation makes a lot of sense, and also helps me to accept the change and look forward to what's to come. I still recall when you had mentioned a while ago that you really wanted to stop critiquing other UA-camrs' videos, and I appreciate the different approach you took with it when using the bowl. Like you, I would definitely like to hear more from experts in the field and not just any UA-cam random with a flat stomach, and am hoping you incorporate a lot of that into your upcoming content. Excited to see what else you have in store for us, I know it'll be great! 😊❤

I loved watching seeing you adjust the workout as you did it like you frequently cue in FITT club. Making some exercises harder, easier, or adjusting (I assume to get a better back stretch). I also adore that I was able to spot it proving how much I've learned!
One reason I love your workout reviews and hate other trainers' workout reviews is that you actually do the workout. That's so rare. Usually it's a snotty guy sitting in a chair making supercilious comments. But that must have been awfully exhausting for you, when you work out AND teach. Your non-review content is ace so I am sure your channel will continue to grow. And if you do need some more engagement, just make a controversial remark like "Caroline Girvan workouts are great but not the only way to work out" and the Girvanators will swarm over here in their thousands.
All great advice for Hyrox training 👍 (ROM would definitely be a focus to as, in the actual event, there are rules for the various disciplines - e.g. in the walking lunges your knee must touch the ground or the rep doesn’t count 😳) I always thought Vlogmas was a ridiculous amount of work for you - everyone really appreciates it but if it make you feel like the Grinch then bin it!😀
Like CrossFit, true Hyrox will be a pass for me. Hyrox "inspired" looks fun! The bowl was a mix of greatness (Lift with Cee, for example) and hot messes (will not name any 😂). I understand you wanting to move on and LOVE that you are learning more - more that you can share with us!

Interesting. Hyrox is almost as difficult as Spartans But on flat ground instead of trail running but same training style. Run/power/lift repeat many times. This is my life a couple times a week. It's pretty fun. Instead of running between sets sometimes I do jump rope intervals between circuits for that cardio and strength anaerobic effect. Hr 170 then down to 115 for a few then up and down.
Weekly vlogs sound totally fair, you need to do what you need for yourself. Daily videos can get a bit much - even for the viewer! - so I can't imagine how it is for the creator. Would be really interested in hearing more about the experts you feel are worth learning from, though!
I became interested in Fitness kay kay when I did one of her kettlbell workouts. It was great. I began trying some of her other workouts. Even before she started Hyrox I thought some of her moves were more for her ego than inspiring me to workout. But she does push you. Like so many UA-cam trainers I get tired of the same music over and over.
This sounds a little bit like the program we follow. My husband and I use SOFLETE programming. There are more heavy lifting programs and more endurance programs. But even in the lifting focused we do stamina portions that sometimes include sprinting. We also do a lot of mobility and carry exercises. Its well rounded in my uneducated opinion. Have you heard of SOFLETE?
I’m on Hunter Crine’s program right now and it’s incredible! I also follow the Exos account, Kevin Carr, Josh Clay, Dr. Jessica Knurick. There’s a ton more but those are a handful :)
