I have 1300 hours in Battlefield 1, I thought I am the veteran who knows everything... but after watching this video, I realised that I am wrong... Good Job!
the amount of quality and information this video has is insane! Even tho I have been playing for a few years I never knew things like the glint changing if it's on a sweet spot or not
Had the AA gun "troll" happen to me a month or so back. Dude camped one in our spawn and used the AA Rocket Gun to literally hit people halfway across the map. And racked up 80 or so kills in Conquest before anybody realized what was happening. Myself included.
Im still baffled why hardly anyone marks the enemies. Knowing where the enemy is flanking is crucial, helps bombers, mortars, snipers and machine gunners enormously. Didn't know that some of the tanks had artillery abilities, gonna try that out soon.
I am the kind of "lonely wolf". looking for some place to hide and shoot around 300-500 meters. The amount of kills doesn't matter to me, it's the distance and precision. But what's importent for me is marking the enemy. It helps always.
I know one useful trick for engineers who repair Murom. If you respawned in Muromets, but not in the 3rd place (where you can repair the plane with a key), then you will have to transfer to this place after a long animation. If you take the key during the animation and press the button for shooting or aiming, the animation will be interrupted, and you can immediately repair the plane. I use it often. Saves a few precious seconds. Maybe for someone this little thing will be useful.
I don’t mind it IF it’s not overused. I mean either way you can counter it tho. But it does add imo to the ww1 atmosphere to have at least SOME mortar fire going on, at least when it makes sense to. Also: I mean since everyone has access to the same stuff for the most part, it’s mostly about who’s smarter, more savvy, and tactical. Which leans at least a lil toward realism.. the more likely determining factor of you getting killed(or having negative k/d) is more of the time due to the clash of your all’s tactics than OP or noob weapons. MORE of the time anyway, there are bullshit instances but like I said... everyone has, for the most part, the same options as the opposition or a way to counter/deal with whatever. There’s always a way to deal with something so I see it on yourself to be/use the necessary tactic/weapon to combat it... even if you think it’s cheesy or nooblike if it’s in the game and effective then they are potentially just not a dumbass and aren’t using an inferior/less effective weapon or tactic. If they’re truly a noob, it should be easy to beat them at their own game then at least, since if they’re using something SO OP and ONLY that, they are potentially and I feel likely to not be very skilled in the general sense(overall).
Like when my team takes a sector I’ll sometimes shoot some smoke mortars right in front of the enemy objective points so our team doesn’t get shredded instantly(or at least as bad) as we’re pushing up. And I MAY send a few HE mortars too but as a soon as the maps stagnant or I’m out of mortar(which usually, almost always pretty quick) I’ll push and not do that again for a good while. It’s just not that effective and also noobish in most situations to spam it constantly and consistently, especially the explosive mortars.
Using the Light Flanker Tank, you can angle yourself up at the Zeppelin on a map like Monte Grappa or St. Quentin Scar. If you use the alternate fire, you can shoot at the carriages underneath and the rounds will hit both the carriage and the balloon causing double damage and causing your score to go up extremely fast.
You can also use the Light Flanker Tank's own AT Mines to create a deep enough crater to use for the angles you need if the map's topography is more flat.
Damn! This was incredible. I've seen a lot of "BF1 pro tips" type of videos and they're all so bland and basic with information that most learn within their 1st month of playing. This on the other hand was truly truly useful. Even though I have hundreds of hours on this game I didn't know about the majority of these. 10/10 man
I love these videos! The visuals to show exactly what is happening are very useful, must be very difficult to get it just right. Another tip that is relatively unknown is that you can pick up limpet charges as the support class. It is a very risky move, as if you don’t pick it up in time you just die. But has helped me out on several occasions.
On the 12th tip, there’s also another insight into it: if your teammate is the medic and not the enemy, you can swap loadouts with him, then change back using any corpse nearby. Also a tip for destroying vehicles as assault: DONT waste all your dinamites into ONE vehicle, use that squared anti-vehicle ground mine and a dinamite, it will wipe out almost any vehicle out of the existence! If they per chance survive, you can throw a antitank grenade and it will just finish the job Third and final tip involving antitank hand granades: it will deal 50~ dmg to horses, so 2 will practically kill the mofos, it’s also great for finishing off vehicles and players
This is the most helpful video I've seen for bf1. After many years of playing, I've never knew using the aa rocket gun as an airbust weapon is super useful. Great video, you've earned a sub! Update: After using the aa rocket as an airburst, I have soon realized how broken this last tip is and managed to piss off a local server. Probably gonna use it occasionally since this is a op strategy and can be game breaking so disclaimer if anyone is gonna use it. People will be salty towards you.
@@zerohero5753 I agree, it’s way too broken to use. Ngl it kinda did sucked the fun out of it using it. I guess it’s one of those cases where “you’re able to do this, but doesn’t mean should you do it.” Yeah I agree with you all the way.
Added note to attacking the blimp, the stationary MGs that are around the map can do more damage to the blimp per second than the aa guns. The overheat is harder to hit and the rate of fire is way higher.
A good little trick I use with the OoB emplacement glitch is defending on Ballroom Blitz. You can run from the very back of the playable area on the first sector and get on the AA guns on the second sector, and you can use them to annihilate the airship. The airship can still kill you, but only if the gunners are competent. So you will definitely destroy the airship on the first sector.
Bro, this content is awesome! The amount of hours, the efforts of showing a lot of tips it's something amazing! Congrats, I've been subscribed for a while now, but hope you can get more and more subscribers.
Another thing i noticed if an cavalry is in sweet spot from sniper ,weak spots like horse head takes twice as much damage , 2*24=48 ,so if is idling at your sweet spot ,2 swift shoots at head horse + random shit can take him out.
Im so disappointed, that after all these years, I never knew half this.....epic video.....thanks sooo much...I have already shared this will my BF1 community......you are a LEGEND I
I've played for years and didn't know most of these. A few of mine: Medic guns are especially effective against airplanes. If you're about to be melee killed, drop a limpet mine. It will explode and kill the enemy before his melee animation finishes and he can run to safety. It might work with other explosives too, haven't tried it. Unfortunately you die too. If you approach the AA gun on G in Sinai from behind on a motorcycle, you can drive up the slope and jump to hit and kill the gunner with your motorcycle. You jump over the actual AA gun but hit the part of the gunner (his head and shoulders) that sticks up over it. Timing is difficult but it's an epic kill if you can pull it off. The motorcycle is unaffected (no damage) by falling/jumping off cliffs, at least on Sinai. The motorcycle seems to be a little faster and more maneuverable if you ride it as a sniper. It might just be my imagination. Operating fixed machine guns as the flamethrower elite character prevents you from being one-shotted by snipers. I don't know if it works with other elite characters. As infantry, you can blow up airplanes attempting a road kill on you with an anti-tank grenade. You can hide behind rocks on Sinai with the periscope and spot enemy troups while staying safe behind the rocks. Just arrange it so the periscope sticks out over the rocks, but you don't. This is great if you love annoying people by putting a glowing red outline around them, and basically keeping it on them forever by hitting Spot again. Especially those snipers on Sinai who have figured out sniping spots on that mountain that seem to be unreachable with most guns.
the production value with both spectator and enemy perspectives + in game demonstrations + the actual knowledge value is unparalleled. Every guide I ever watched for BF1 combined produced about 10% of value I got just by watching this one video. Absolute unit.
Similar to the 'don't expose the tank', don't alert the tank by shooting the bombers front autocannon while the pilot is lining up their run. It just gives the tank warning. Also, don't randomly spray at planes that aren't harassing you with the tail gun - the gun is for defense and not offense (unless it's to help out a teammate). Finally, the front gunner should bail out near an objective if the tail gunner spot is occupied so it can be used for troop transport (spawn and bail)
Very glad I found these vids. Just getting into BF1 proper after being on and off for years. A bit late on my part but in Monte Grappa in Operations by the 2nd to last defense by the fortress gun, be aware when spawning with enemies nearby, you can get spawn killed from behind.

Looking at the fact that I started playing this game very recently I am surprised how many of these I already found out by myself. Like the bouncy grenades or using other items to make reloading easier. For example reloading 4 bullets in a rifle like the G98 takes longer then reloading with a 5 round clip. So you can just eject the last bullet with the K bullets.
Using the Heavy Demo bomber, Fly high up and then do a Diving maneuver onto the target, making it a precise Guaranteed that no tank can survive, The only way they can survive it is if they see you coming or if someone warns them. This can be helpful on taking out any behemoth, Char2c, Airship, Dreadnought, Or Train. Sure the bomber itself is a huge target but the damage it can dish out is insanity compared to the barrage.
Just commenting this as well since I haven’t seen anyone mention it and I remember not knowing about this The gun he uses in tip 17 and tip 26 it has a 2 modes normal bullets and fire rounds. Those flame rounds do hefty damage to aircraft’s and can destroy wings very fast and since it’s a support weapon you can just replenish your ammo and turn yourself into a portable anti-aircraft cannon
In my experience it's inconsistent, once in a while enemy ammo crates give you a few rounds (the crates disappear quickly - either as soon as the player respawns or as soon as they deploy a new crate) or do absolutely nothing. I've never been able to health off enemy medical crates.
With mortars attacking tanks we can fire all the mortars without having to wait for the camera follow each mortar. So we can destroy or heavly damage a tank if he doesn't move or moves too much.

Damn bro you're super underrated, keep it up!
What a fucking game changer! Amazing video, thanks for all this work💪
I never knew enemies can use crates 😮
In my experience it's inconsistent, once in a while enemy ammo crates give you a few rounds (the crates disappear quickly - either as soon as the player respawns or as soon as they deploy a new crate) or do absolutely nothing. I've never been able to health off enemy medical crates.
damn, those tips really help me, dude
many thanks
Simply brilliant. Never knew these.
Very cool video, I'm sure i took a lot of time and effort, great job!
With mortars attacking tanks we can fire all the mortars without having to wait for the camera follow each mortar. So we can destroy or heavly damage a tank if he doesn't move or moves too much.
This video is gold !!
