After saveral adjustments in clutch my bike is not giving smooth operation. When i accelerate suddenly in nutral grear it jerks. Every time i up shifts and release the clutch it jerks right a the biting moment

There must be something wrong with your bike, dont worry, find a good local knowledgeable mechanic, and get you bike inspected, you can take it to yamaha svc if you know some technician in person, I cannot solve this issue without getting hands on it. Generally changing clutch solves this kind of issue. So there must be something else is wrong with your bike.

It's a nylon mallet, it absorbs the shock to some extent which is safe when used carefully. Regular mechanics use iron hammer which cause problems later. My friend had his starter motor replaced from a local mechanic and he removed the old motor by hammering it out and it caused an oil leak from the timing chain tensioner side... After this bad experience he then went to an experienced mechanic who solved the problem by replacing the timing chain tensioner with the gasket.

No i dont think difference in pushrod will make any significant difference as long as you set the clutch free play properly.

Just ask for r15 v3 clutch plate set from any oem parts store of yamaha. Old wala koi v plate nehi chalega. You have to buy it as a set.

It will fit in all fz 150cc models, but with stock clutch basket the slipper function is not working. So it will work as a regular clutch.

Seems to be out of spec valve clearance. Set valve clearance, intake .1mm exhaust .14mm
