Hi Bro, Its very useful. I'm gonna try this for fz25. Will the clutch lever be smooth after changing this or will it be hard to press?
It will go smooth as it has only 3 springs.
I wanted to convert my fzfi panther black to fazer v 2.0 ,
But now slipper clutch also adds to the list.
Also there is a ecu from NMW RACING which takes the rpm to 12k, Pata nahi engine sahega ya nahi ,12k sunkar hi excited how raha hu 😁

I have new Honda SP125 and it priced 1.06lakhs So I am not shy to ask here that is it possible to install slipperclutch in Honda SP125. Fuel injected bikes are smoother than carborater bikes so I live in heavily traffic area with mixed condition roads and I needed quick shifting so slipperclutch is a must.

The last clutch plate which you have installed is it "clutch plate-1" or "clutch plate-2"?
Im thinking of installing slipper clutch in FzsV3 is it possible?
A couple of questions:
1. How does the addition of the slipper clutch increase the FZ FE? I want to know the reason behind this.
2. Which engine oil are you using?
I have never got more than 47kmpl on my FZSV1 even after using it with utmost care and maintenance.
See slipper clutch basically eliminate the engine braking when downshift hence it allows your vehicle to roll lil extra when during deaccleration and this is the key factor which most of us don't think and thats where we need to take advantage.
.. even I didnt get more than 47 unless I use this technique and don't overspend. Hope this make sense.

Its not an official mod .... they will not do it you will have to get it done from local mechanic just show them my video and ask to do the same.

Hello Bro. Thanks for your guide. I have all the parts now. I have fzs v3 BS4. my final question, please let me know if I also need to change the clutch boss of my fzs and replace it with r15 v3 one ?
Everything I have done as per your instruction on my fzs v3 bs4 bike. Slipper clutch is working fine but. Grear shifting has gotten very hard compared to the original clutch. I have tried alot of adjustment of cluth freeplay but still the same. Any advice ?
Check if clutch basket has groove on it.
@@MOTOMENTOR Thanks for the responce and no it doesn't and the gear shift worked fine on fz original clutch setup but I started facing hard gear shift since the change.

Is this Compatible to Honda TMX125-Alpha?
If there is any other honda bike of the same series with same set of clutch basket and pushrod size that comes with a slipper clutch then there shouldn't be a problem. In my case my bike has the same size of clutch basket and pushrod which the latest yamaha r15v3 has so there was no problem for me to install it.

Bhai, please reply. If I want to switch to slipper clutch in fazer 2013 model, do I need to change clutch basket also, which clutch basket did you used, please share part number is possible. And in my bike I have kick start also, so will it complicate in this modification.
No need to change clutch basket .. a seperate video is already there for each parts with price please check that on my channel no need to worry if you have kick start do as it is show in the video.

Waiting for final results. Btw can u tell me bro my fzs v1 running around 50k, engine oil gets low after few hundred kms, I was using 10w 40 semi synthetic oil. Ur advice will be appreciated. Thanks .
Check for any oil leakage. If there is no sign of oil leakage, check for any visible white smoke from exhaust. If you see white smoke then you need to perform bore and piston work.
User manual recommends using 20w40 or 20w50 for fzs v1. 10w40 is too thin, use minimum 15w50

Hey, he has taken slipper clutch parts from r15 spare parts. Yahama r15 has slipper clutch, whose parts are used in his yahama fzs for the uprade.

No bro infact it should feel lil smooth and easy coz it has only 3 spring ... you may need to adjust the clutch to make it lil loose and smooth which you can do it from the clutch lever.

I'm just using it from last Sunday,, it was 2 day ago .
But in 2 days I have travelled around of 250 kms & my experience was so amazing. Smooth gear shifting & pressing the clutch more easier than before. Vibration fully gone . No milage drop. Using motul 7100 10w40 after installing this.
But my engine was little bit heated than before after a long run. I think the engine need to some time to adjust with the new part.

Sir.. I installed it finally after a lot of struggle...when I rode the bike for first time... It was so different... The power is increased from before.. Bike is touching 100 with pillion without any struggle... But the mileage has dropped a little... It's 35kmpl...you said mileage is approx 50kmpl... Why is this happening sir... Please reply 😥😥😥
Good to know that but Slipper clutch will not drop the mileage at all it may give you the same milage or more bit it will not drop it totally depends upon your riding skills it there may be other factors which are affecting the milage. ... I hope the clutch setting is done correctly.

I my self is planning for the same since long but there a big investment involved in it. If you can get the parts in cheap that it makes sense. I have seen one fz in my area with usd fork setup and rear disc and this person have used the parts from old ktm Duke.
