I asked many machines whether I can get the slipper clutch installed on the Yamaha R15 V2 all said no, it's not possible to get the slipper clutch installed on V2. Thank you so much for sharing this video and the effort you have put on this. Looking forward for your ride review, once the video is out I will get it installed on my 7yrs old V2 and thanks for sharing the part details too.
A lot of V2's have slipper clutch installed overseas but this will the firt time in india where a successful slipper clutch set instructions will be available in depth. Belive me m not a mechanic but know kinda stuff about motorcycle so did a lot of research and waited a long to get it installed adter the lockdown was removed. Please share thi in other group and help me to promote my channel 🙏 thanks in advance
I did it on my 10 year old (40k driven) yamaha FZs. It is a success. I told my mechanic to do it at risk. He did it. It is simple process. Motomentor already showed in his video. I didn't have tools. So, I paid the mechanic to do it

I brought R15 V4 slipper clutch. Avoid buying the Primary Driven Gear Comb. Boss Clutch -Need Lathe work- to match with FZ25 clutch axle and need to reduce 3.5 mm from inside. Clutch road needs Lengthen up to 8mm. FS25 - Plate,Thrust -01 nos Rs.55/- FZ25 - Washer Lock- ( need a light modification (can be done at home with hammer and chisel) Buy new Friction plates -03 nos and 02 (steel) clutch plates. You are ready to go. 😂

While downshifting I felt going back and forth motion so is it possible to install slipperclutch because I ride in heavy trafic area with extreme road conditons some roads are trash equalent to heavy off roading so I need to constantly suddently shift my gears due to trafic conditions and especially due to rule breaking peoples. So Bro can u suggest me a solution.

The tapping sound must be from the tappet so you will nee to adjust the tappet clearance. Also if your bike is bit old with much of kms than it's normal if the sound minimal but if the sound is too loud and iritatting than get the clearance set to the recommend setting.

Ha fzv1 v2 aur v3 mai use karsakte ho mai fzv1 mai use karraha hu... installation video hai channel par. Technically top speed mai farak nahi padega but ha clutch light hogaya aur kafi responsive ho Gaya hai .. baki aur info mai next video mai Dunga coz after 4k kms now I am having hard gear shift issues which I am trying to fix I hope its not because of this slipper clutch. As its raining it will take time for the next video to come. But ill make it as soon as possible.
Sure bhai.... aye kya bike lekar hi baita hu.... gears are not going smooth all of a sudden its seem to be one of pressure plate which has gone lil round.... I got a new one and the brand new is also the same shape but lil better as per may know knowlede it has to be completely flat.... if I put it other way round then the gears are going smooth but clutch is making noise. Now I'll give another try next weekend as I'll be busy with my office work.
Yes but ill recommend you to wait for my installation and testing befor I give you final heads up.. I have done the installation and video will be come soon post which I'll have to take my bike for a long ride and mountain trails for testing. So just hold on for some time ill make the ownership review very soon.

Total cost of all spares? Approx is enough. Also do u need to change clutch housing for r15 v1?
Apox is 1.5 to 2k and there is no need to change clutch housing.

I guess the springs are lighter on slipper clutch setup ... see if you request the dealer to order those parts for you.

Jitna kharcha batayan hai usse 200 to 500 jiyada aur koi issues nahi hai mai abhithak use karra hu.
