I love your channel because my friend has cf but at school, she tries to not show the fact that she's sick. Since she does that I never really fully understood what cf was all about. This channel has really helped me understand what she goes through. Last year my friend got so sick that she had to stay in the hospital for like three weeks. It got so bad that the doctors were concerned if she would even make it. I seriously love you guys and I pray for you all the time😘😘😘
Is it weird that I did not really know what CF was a month ago...but now know what PFT stands for???? Being educated here people!!!

lmao I love watching Oliver. I call my cat my comedic side kick. She knows when I am having a bad day or not feeling so good and always does something cute to make me laugh or smile. She actually assists me a lot. Being hard of hearing she alerts me when my phone goes off, she will sit and yell at me to take my meds then stare at me like some nurse until they are all taken. Between these she does her usual stuff. I just love my cat and Snake. Animals are so therapeutic. Mary I also do doodle and reg art therapy and am always either drawing or colouring in my many Adult Colouring Books for relaxation. hugs and I am so happy for you and hope this new trial really helps. I will be on my edge of my seat waiting for your vids lol.
When I was a kid I had to wear a portable heart monitor for 4 months. Because of that, any time my skin comes into contact with any type of adhesive, similar to the adhesive on the back of the electrodes, my skin breaks out in a rash and hives, it's pretty miserable. Seeing you with them on made my skin crawl! ha...glad the study is going well thus far.
+TheBlfan I just found out I am allergic to the tape on bandaids and bandage tape. I never thought about the tape on those electrodes. And I should because I am 65. My doctor saw the tape on me and the hives. I wondered why he put it on my chart! Thanks for the heads up. Peace, Love and Light.

I can totally relate to what you were sayin about "nervous belly" when you pull up to the Hospital. I have to go every month at least once and I have for years and I still get "nervous belly".
I think , at least for me, it's the possibility that something unexpected may happen.

Seems like Mary had a pretty good day today in spite of it being long and very busy! And so happy you get to stay in the study regardless of your PFT scores. I bet that's a big weight lifted.

I thought it was pretty neat seeing you in your cf awareness tshirt Mary! and Ollie is soooo good at the doctors, he is so calm and very patient waiting. he looked very relaxed back at home, could hardly keep his eyes open. and yep, you are so right Mary, Muffy heard Ollie's new toy with the squeaker!. Right when you said that, I looked at Muffy and she was staring at my computer, so funny!! Hopes and prayers to you that this new research drug will help you feel better. I never really knew what CF was until watching your channel. I have asthma, and I know how painful and frustrating that can be. Watching your hospital visit brought back memories of my own tests. I admire you both for the awareness and information you are providing even when it's not so easy to do. God bless and my prayers are with you.

I had a very bad night lastnight.....I was at work (super 8 hotel) lastnight overnight and unfortunately saw a friend of mine get ran over by a semi box truck...(I wont go into detail).....He died instantly Thank god no pain.....But your videos made me smile. So, thank you and please if you can say a prayer for him and his family (His name is scott) Thank you for makeing me smile and for both of you for being AWESOME SAUCE

Awesome that your doing so well, good results are always happy days! I wear a needle in my body too!!, but it's for insulin and not in such a shudder worthy place like my chest lol.
No you are not! I almost pass out even if I am just visiting. I am so happy for you, I have always wanted to qualify for one of the studies. When I was a kid (back in Colorado/'50s) we drank coffeemilk all winter instead of hot chocolate. It was yummy good, so sometimes I still do. Half coffee half milk was our formula + sugar of course. And, what happened to your snow? Nice team work. I know how hard it is to cut those rolls in half like that. I was always scowling when they pilled on the floor so I am thrilled to see how you handle it with humor. Peace Love and Light. #CFAwareness!

Today was a not so great day at work and today's video really cheered me up. I'm so glad you get to stay in the trial no matter what your PFTs are! I, too, get that weird feeling whenever I get to the hospital. So happy you two post daily, it's a nice treat at the end of my day.

So happy you're in the study !! Must have been an exhausting day. Next time you're at the hospital can you show us the cafeteria ? We have lots of different coffee milk here in Australia bottled but we can it iced coffee and you can get different strengths like if you're sleepy and need a boost they sell extra strong shots in it. Oh Ollie you are so adorable , I have a bichon but I just wanted to reach out and cuddle you you're so cute !!! Love as always, sonia

My husband is from Boston and his family sends us the Autocrat coffee syrup (but they all taste the same IMO). It is SO good! We also make coffee milkshakes out of it (like a coffee Fribble from Friendly's).
I love how Ollie looks at Mary when she is coughing. You can just tell he loves her!
