You just saved my life! I was really shacky to end the contract myself. Can you please define the Direct contract science a bti as well ! Thank you so much
Thanks @Jennifer for uploding this video, I was Facing an issue with my podcast clients I design cover arts and video editing but I was unable to have feedback on from them so thank you so much for the video.
Hey Jennifer. It's the best video which I have ever watched. So Jennifer I have problem with JSS. Could you help me to fix it. My JSS is about 79%. I waste all my connects and money which I earned. I don't know what to do. Please help me. Thank you!
I don't understand if I can write a review and close the contract by myself ? And will it be immediately visible to my client, and can he also write me a review? Does only the client have the right to close the contract?
Hey Jennifer! Thank you so much for your videos in advance :) I'm working with my first client and I don't longer want to work with him because he pays me a very low fee. Now, I'm getting better job offers and I'd love to get those jobs that pay me way more. Should I let him know in a very professional way and give him a week or so to find another freelancer? I'm also afraid he's going to give me a bad feedback. I'd love to know how you'd handle it since you have more experience.
This is a great question. First of all, congrats on all your job offers. That is wonderful! Secondly, if you think you have a possibility of asking your first client for a pay increase, I'd start with that. If you know that he/she won't agree to that (sometimes you get a vibe about a client and know they will say no), then I would do what you plan to do. Just say that you have really enjoyed working with them, but no longer have the time required to do the job. Say you want to be fair to them and will give them 1-2 weeks to find a new freelancer if they require it and say it's been a pleasure to work with them. Ask them what kind of time they need to find someone to replace you and say you are flexible.
@@JenniferMarieVO That helps me a lot. Thank you so much, Jennifer! I'm so grateful for your videos, they have helped me to get job offers. Have a great day!
Thank you, I have this situation, I finish a job in upwork, the customer made a payment but when I finish he didn’t answer again. The many is still in up work when I’m going to receive the payment if he doesn’t respond?
I don't see any of these options on my ended contract. Did something change in the last year? This was the first contract I created as a client and I cannot figure out how to provide the good review the freelancer deserves
Hi! This video is mainly targeted at our freelancers can end contracts. As a client, the process may be a bit different. Try to follow these steps: Go to Jobs › All Contracts to find the contract Choose the (...) options button and select End contract, or select the End contract button on your dashboard. Click End Contract to confirm. After this, you should be issued the opportunity to provide a star rating.
Thanks I have a question Can the client give me 5 star feedback then submit it and after sometime change it to a lower feedback let's say one star? Is this possible?
I need your help, I am new to Upwork, the clients I get mostly ask me to send my details on the platform they provide with. of which I don't get the reason why. How do you deal with this.

And if the client and I enjoyed working together, how can we continue working on Upwork after the contract is closed?
How to edit or change my feedback to my client?

Hello, I have a problem where clients said he can't give me a feedback cause I ended a contract by myself?
After a client or a freelancer submitted a feedback, can he change it after submitting?
How much website takes time to update, I and my client has done feedback but it is not now showing??? why
It might take a few hours to show up. If not, wait 24 hours and then ask support for help.
Thanks
I have a question
Can the client give me 5 star feedback then submit it and after sometime change it to a lower feedback let's say one star?
Is this possible?
Hi! No, you cannot change feedback once you give it.
I need your help, I am new to Upwork, the clients I get mostly ask me to send my details on the platform they provide with. of which I don't get the reason why. How do you deal with this.
usually, when they don't want to talk about the job itself on Upwork and ask you to go on telegram or etc. it's a scam
Is Upwork trustworthy?
Yes! Watch my video on how to avoid scams on Upwork. Most clients are legitimate and I have always been paid.
thanks XDDDDDDDDDD
Karen Client 😂
Very helpful have a great week
Thank you !!!
