Okay, using The Mask for the heist parts was actually genius, like it's not Ace Ventura but Jim Carrey's acting style just shows how fluid he can be and how well that fit in

Some of this editing is truly incredible. Perfectly cutting him and putting him in a scene is one thing, but making the cinematic characters actually interact with him is wild. Specifically the chloroform scene, really amazing stuff.
1:26 I also liked how the NPC caressing his chest was worked perfectly from computer generated into life action: computer animated character but real life hand. Brillant work.

Ace Ventura feels like a semi-important stranger you'd meet early in the story that turns into an actual side character later on kinda like The Truth from GTA:SA
Having him swap over to The Mask outfit for the bank heist was absolutely brilliant.
