In 2023, I splurged on my first pair of Brooks Glycerin GTS 20 for the extra cushioning for my everyday shoe because of a lower back injury (had physiotherapy 5 months). I'd happily been wearing Brooks Ghost previously for everyday as well as walking and running for 3 years, but my injury required more cushioning. I felt my switch from Ghost to Glycerin GTS made a huge difference, especially in cushioning and stability. My injury healed much faster. It gave me pain-free walking for everyday. At the end of physiotherapy, I transitioned to walking for exercise in the Glycerin GTS. Trippled my walking distance in 2 months. Never looked back. I saw an ad today for the Hyperion Max 2 and watched this video. Found out that Hyperion is lighter but less stable. No doubt it's great. But I'm sticking with Glycerin GTS. On my 3rd pair.
Your charts are the best. I can't wait for the trail versions. I need a XC shoe for grass/dirt/paved trails with some stability and overpronation support. I currently just use my Asics GT2000 for everything but it lacks traction.

But what's the difference between the 3 budget models ? Why have 3 , there must be a difference. I almost bought the trace 3 but got the glycerin 21 cause the softer foam

I'm 90 Kg, have slight pronation, am a midfoot striker generally... My knees need protection. I do cardio everyday with 15-20 minutes of walking or running and then work out on weights in the gym. Which show from this video suits me the most? Glycerin or Ghost Max? Please share your suggestions.
Hard to tell, since every brand has exceptional shoes. Overall, I prefer Saucony and Hoka. However, their Speed segment is nowhere near that of adidas and Nike. In such a situation, ASICS, with its balanced SPEED and OTHER offerings, also aims to make it to the top.
