    I actually watched this video from start to finish and I rarely get pulled in like that. This guy Remus Boroiu is a legit true and authentic athlete. These stretches are not easy and he did an Awesome job and was absolutely flawless. I can tell from the video that he is passionate about health, well being and fitness. He’s special, not just a fitness model. Definitely going to incorporate this routine into my daily work out and thank you for sharing this.

    Ive had a run of lower back and groin injuries strains. Ive been foam rolling and following this video and its like I've taken a magic pill. ..... I can feel my body loosening up and on the road to recovery.

    This stretching workout I like the most. It is so smooth so flexible. REMUS BORIOU is so fit to do this. He looks so amazing and the way he does streching inspires and motivates me really. I am very much thankful to Fit Media for presenting.

    I have to say thank you to FIT Channel, I'm 58 still lift weights but never introduced a stretching routine to my day, didn't think it was needed. About two months ago I came across two of your videos on UA-cam (BEST MORNING STRETCH & DO THESE STRETCHES EVERY MORNING) that I've been doing in the mornings since. It's been a life changer, within a week of starting flexibility increased and some of the daily aches and pains seemed to go away. I've now added this latest video to the other two for a great morning stretching routine. THANKS AGAIN!!!

    Is there any reason why I shouldnt do this multiple times a day? (Morning, after training etc)

      You can. Two times a day is probably a good limit. Overdoing it will put too much strain on the muscles from pulling and contracting. For some, just once is enough. You know your body

      That was a GREAT video. Personally, I rarely watch from start all the way to the finish... but this video kept my focus the entire 20 plus minutes. Whatever they did, it worked for me, I’m incorporating this into my daily workout and I’m grateful for them and Remus Boroiu for sharing this with us.
