Scrapyard Mower Won't Start!

So we picked up this old Toro 20383 with the Toro branded (Loncin) engine the other week and this was an interesting one, the guy at the yard wanted to know what was wrong with it when we got around to fixing it. Well to my pleasant surprise, there wasn't! It just had a twig jamming the choke flap open on the carburetor. Score!!
