I regularly soak my feet in a hot water solution of baking soda, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and Epsom salts. It kills and prevents fungal infections. It is also great for repairing hard, dry or cracked skin. It softens toenails, which are easier to clip.

Getting rid of toenail fungus is easy. The fungus lives under the toenail. What I did was file the toe of the nail down to as thin as I could (I only did this once). Then each time I take a bath I would simply rub some Vicks Vapor Rub on the Toe Nail. That way it becomes part of my daily routine and it doesn't become a pain to remember to rub it on. I saw results after one month, It's gone now. I still do it as a precaution as it also helps with athletes foot. It really gave me a self esteem boost. I even walk around in sandals now instead of shoes...just to secretly show it off

Well during the lockdown I developed fungus on my left big toe. I was alarmed . I immediately soaked with salt water and followed with peroxide everyday . Exposed it to air as much. I used 2 kind of topical anti fungal when I go to work since I wear socks for 10 hours everyday . I was able to stop it from getting worse .I cut out the damage nail but the uneven parts with difficulty and later got thick .However we were in Hawaii for a week and was in sea water everyday for hours and that really helped clean and soften my toe and was able to trim it better. So far no recurrence and Don’t need laser .

Garlic is hands down the best and most effective method to remove toe nail fungus. Cut nail down to the quick, Crush garlic clove, wrap with gauze, cover with clean cotton socks and keep on overnight or as long as possible. Also pay attention to the diet: plant based and eliminate all processed foods if possible and reduce sugar to a bare minimum.

My fungus started over 11 years ago, hence the years of treatments. I have lost hope of them ever clearing up. wear open shoes or sandal exposing your nails to the sun/air.

What this doctor failed to tell you is that it is mainly your diet. Too much sugar in your diet keeps the bacteria of fungus alive in inside your body. Kill it also from the inside out. Other professionals suggest this. You can take all the medicines and treatments you want it is not 100% and which is only part of it. It takes up to 6 months for the fugus to grow out of the toenails. Treatments and topical ointments to purchase can be expensive over time. The Doctor should also tell you that fungus thrives on dark warm moist places. Sunlight and or vitamin D2 or D3. When a person spends 10 minutes or so in the sun the body naturally produces vitamin D3. Fungus does not like this. Keep the toenails clean, use a hand scrub brush or toothbrush when scrubbing under the toenail. This is prevention hygiene. Let the toenails dry completely before putting on socks and shoes. You do not want to harbor moisture for fungus to grow and spread. As much as possible keep feet aired out and dry. But eating sugars like refined packaged foods and some starches or bad carbohydrates produce sugar that funguses and bacteria feed on inside your body. Do not be an incubator for fungus. Treat it from the inside out also with your topical treatments.

Personally I WOULD NOT do that. Think about it using common sense. A person has a fungus, now they are covering it in a protected, moist, darker environment. Unless that product 100% KILLS it, which is is definitely not designed to do, you could make things much worse. Also, don't believe all comments online. It can take a strong RX prescription one full year, applied 2x a day to have maybe a 10% chance of working. I would give the VapoRub a 0.01% chance.

I have tried almost all these treatments except oral pills ( too hard on the liver ).......then I discovered a treatment that finally worked for me...soak and cut back as much of the fungused nail as possible..be sure to clean the nail area with hydrogen peroxide and sterilize the clippers afterwards ....you may have to do this trimming in a few steps , with days in between. ...you need to get the nail trimmed as short as possible to remove as much of the fungus UNDER the nail as possible....... DAILY : clean the nail area with peroxide and apply OTC Lamisil cream, pushing the cream under the front of the nail and around the nail bed...it will not absorb through the nail....................do this twice daily.....morning and night.... it takes about three months for the nail to clear up........good luck

Salicylic Acid, the active ingredient in Wort, or Corn and Callous remover will kill off the fungus, pain free, in less than two months on any of your toes! I discovered this $2 a bottle secret when I bought a bottle in Walmart one day! I had a thick ugly infection on the inside of my left toe for years that l could not get rid of! And the Salicylic Acid killed if off 100%! All my nails are perfect now! My accidentally discovered secret should have made me rich! Hahaha

I put it on my toe morning and night for one month straight. Then l stopped and waited. It takes a few weeks for new nail to start to grow back. Just keep putting the solution on the outside edge of your new nail as it grows. It's going to take at least two months to kill the fungus off, but it works 100%! My nails have no fungus now, perfect! But try to cut away, or grind off as much bad nail before you start. Even someone else can do this just wear rubber gloves! I know people are paying hundreds of dollars to stop this shit! I used maybe 3 bottles at $2 a bottle! It's at any Walmart, drug store, etc!
