    Interesting dynamic movements. Glad to find this I've just been getting strong enough with maces to swing around my heavier one. So looking forward to trying these.

    Grazie per i video che condividi, e che spesso presentano delle routine con la mazza, ma che, confesso, non riescono a convincermi. Mi alleno regolarmente con kettlebell, sacca bulgara, bande elastiche nonchè, in sessioni separate, con i pesi. Ritieni che la mazza potrebbe dare un valore aggiunto? Se sì, che peso consiglieresti ad un 64enne, 65 kili per 1,71? Grazie ancora e buon lavoro. A proposito, bel posto, quello nel video.

      Ciao Marco è un piacere. Si ti consiglio assolutamente di integrare nei tuoi allenamenti anche lo Steel Mace che va a completare alla perfezione il lavoro che fai con gli altri attrezzi del Functional Training. Vedrai che se impari anche solo i movimenti più semplici, poi non li toglierai più dai tuoi allenamenti. Puoi partire con uno Steel Mace da 7,5 kg per eseguire i lavori a doppia presa come quelli che mostro nel video. Buon allenamento

    So for strength, could do every other day and a lighter mace flow on rest days?
