- The Conrad Las Vegas was my first night of three at the brand-new Resorts World Las Vegas. Now the largest Conrad in the world, the property has access to all the awesome food and bars at Resorts World, including the Famous Foods Street, one of my new favorite places in Vegas.

We got the same room! The benefits were awesome! $33 each breakfast allowance for 2 from AMEX and another $50 from Hilton Honors. 2 free glasses of of champagne. $125 hotel credit that we used on the restaurants. Loved it!

What were the restaurants that were excluded from the $125 dining credit?? When I called they told me Brezza, Wally’s, and Grubhub were all excluded but wanted to confirm

How did you get the Amex FHR and the Hilton Honor food credit? I have the Amex platinum and am Diamond with Hilton, Thanks!
Hi! How were you able to book through Platinum and still get the Hilton Honors benefits? In the past I was told that in order to get the Hilton Honors benefits, you need to book directly with Hilton.
Thanks for the tour! We had booked the same room through HH Aspire card program only to be disappointed! They were booked bc it was a holiday weekend but the weekend is over and the upgrade is still unavailable. I was so looking forward to the bath after golf and the nespresso coffee but not only did they not have an upgrade but empty conditioner container with no way of contacting housekeeping. I miss the housekeeping and front desk buttons on the hotel phone here.
Sorry to hear about your experience! Yes, it's hard to get a hold of hotel employees nowadays, at many resorts!

Wow! How did you get an upgrade? I’m Diamond and they didn’t even offer the suite when I booked the strip view at Conrad. I wonder if they’d even be nice enough to get me their rubber duckie collectible since I love the Conrad toys 🥲
Yes, I had to fight for the suite, to be honest. I don't agree with their interpretation of Diamond rules. When you stay outside of the US, if there's a suite available, I'm usually upgraded to it. I'm a bit of a squeaky wheel!
@@JacksonJetsetting totally get it. I’ve been pretty lucky elsewhere and have yet to travel internationally but crockfords recently upgraded me to at least a strip view for my upcoming stay with notes on there for a potential suite upgrade if available. Fingers crossed but not very hopeful haha!

When you book through AMEX FHR, did you earn status nights with Hilton Hhonors?
I did on this stay, but your mileage may vary. I've had to fight for credit in the past at the Waldorf, but other stays have posted fine...
On my stay during the 27th of July, the only restaurant to redeem your diamond credit at was Dawg House. I am very disappointed that I wasn’t given more restaurant options because there are so many at Resorts World I wanted to try.

I read about this from other reviews on Trip Advisor. Decided against staying there because of this.

Free upgrade through Fine Hotels and Resorts and with my Hilton Diamond status
With diamond status, and booking through Amex FHR, How do we avoid paying resort fees? Thank you in advance..
You won't avoid resort fees on paid stays through FHR- though you do get a $5 break because of the wifi inclusion in FHR. If you want to not pay resort fee, book with points through Hilton.

It appears Conrad is now only through The Hotels Collection tier, not FHR on Amex's portal.
Yep, at the time of publishing it was with FHR. Sad, but Crockfords has reasonable rates!

Outdoors, yes. Indoors, in the spa
The building design look like an open book. And in Chinese, the book pronounce similar To Lose in Casino.

Book a fine hotels and resorts rate, and book one room category down from the suite you want!

I liked my room, but nothing else at Conrad. Service was nonexistent. They never picked up calls to front desk or concierge, nor returned calls. I'm all out.

I will say this was shot on a Monday night. It was a lot busier once the Rodeo crowd arrived later in the week!
